Do you not find it funny either?
I wouldn’t know. I said I’ve never bothered to watch it.
In my opinion, it’s not worth the watch.
Current shows (with new episodes airing) that I watch: ANTM, X-Factor (mehhh), Top Chef, Next Iron Chef, Dexter, Parks & Rec, The Office, and Modern Family. Walking Dead just temporarily ended, and boy has it been a snoozer of a season so far. Breaking Bad is probably my favorite show still being made. Walter White is a brilliant character with lots of depth (I’m scared to see where the final shot of the finale goes!) and I enjoy the gritty realism.
The Office and Parks & Rec are both fantastic shows.
I can’t wait to see Leverage when I get back home, it’s my favorite TV show, and they are in the second half of their season.
Parks & Rec has surpassed The Office with the quality of recent seasons, I think. Not sure how many people would agree with that statement, but I know the love I had for The Office has kind of dwindled down. I used to watch 30 Rock but then that kind of fizzled for me, too. But it’s a cute one. I love Tina Fey and the character Liz Lemon.
I’m not a big fan of the offive, but I have seen some episodes and it’s pretty funny.
Yes, The Office has seen better days. But I was presently suprised with their most recent episode, the one where the staffers take a trip to Gettysburg.
I’m into this new show called Lost Girl. it’s about a woman with power of absorbtion (like Rogue from x-men)
A co-worker of mine recommended me to see Once Upon a Time. Has anyone seen this show? What do you think of it?
My best friend is obsessed with that show.
Anyone here like crime shows? My favorite would probably be I Almost Got Away With It.
The closest things to crime shows that I like are “Veronica Mars” and the “Trick” series from Japan. VM has an unfortunate reputation as a typical high school drama on the CW, but it’s actually much better than that… and it’s gender neutral as well! No one seems to believe me. I like the writing and the characters a lot, such as Logan and Veronica’s father.
I don’t usually like shows that have a new mystery per episode, which both shows do, but VM has huge story arcs and “Trick” just has a really cute chemistry between the two leads. I can’t help but love these shows, but anything else I can’t tolerate and get bored easily.
Would “Dexter” count as a crime show? Even “Breaking Bad” has a huge element of crime. ![]()
Every Sunday night I watch TCM’s Silent Sunday Nights.
I’m a big fan of cooking competition reality shows. BIIIIG fan! Right now I’m enjoying “The Next Iron Chef” and will probably start enjoying “Top Chef” when the numbers dwindle down a bit more (which is usually how it is with me).
I also watch a few reality shows involving singing, because I like to sing and I like to hear talented people sing. The shows themselves are meeehhh, but still entertaining.
My shows in order of favorite: Psych, Star Trek: Enterprise, Monk, The Amazing World of Gumball, Star Trek: TNG, Star Trek: Voyager, White Collar, House, Chuck, Burn Notice, Covert Affairs, The Middle, Star Trek: TOS, Lie to Me, and so on lol Also, everything Chuck Jones.
Law and Order: SVU is awesome imo
. Sadly, the only other person in my family who likes it is my grandma, and it’s usually on really late, at about 11pm, so I don’t watch it unless I have a late start the next day.
He’s the greatest animator of all time, IMO.
My favorite shows are Family Guy, Avatar The Last Airbender, Lost, Neds Declassified School Survival Guide, and How I Met Your Mother.
