Dexter this season is really strange. I enjoy watching it but there’s so many plot holes and generally weird story directions compared to past seasons (it’s more enjoyable than 3 and 5 though, IMO). At least I have a feeling the finale is going to be good.
I agree that it’s a little strange but still better than the seasons you mentioned. I’m waiting for something big to happen on the show… not just tracking down whatever serial killer is featured throughout each season.
I’ve never watced Dexter before.
I don’t often fangirl over the telly, and sorry, spam alert but…OMG, AWESOME MERLIN FINALE FOLLOWED BY AWESOME NEW SHERLOCK TRAILER, SQUEEEEEEEE!!!
I’ve been watching all of Teen Titans again recently! It was one of my favorite shows growing up. I’m pretty sure Cartoon Network has started re-airing it as well ![]()
Oh yes, I remember that show when I was younger, it was my neighbors favorite.
I liked the Teen Titans a lot. I hated the last episode becasue it was a [spoil]cliff hanger[/spoil].
Currently watching Felicity (season 4) and re-watching LOST
Spectacular Spider-Man. ![]()
I started watching a couple of new TV series over the winter hiatus and now I’ve added them to my ‘watch online when the new episode’s released’ list.
Altogether I’m watching:
The Big Bang Theory,
Glee,
Hot in Cleveland,
How I Met Your Mother,
My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, and
The Middle.
New episodes of HIMYM are online on Tuesdays, Glee on Wednesdays, The Middle and Hot in Cleveland on Thursdays, The Big Bang Theory on Fridays and I catch the livestream of MLP:FiM every Sunday morning at 2am (I haven’t missed watching a live episode yet! Well, except for Return of Harmony part 2, because as great as ponies are, going to my high school graduation was slightly more important
)
In New Zealand they don’t play My Little Pony on TV. I love My Little Pony, I have lot’s of toys of My Little Pony.
The shows I plan on watching this semester (until May) are “Top Chef,” “Modern Family,” “Parks and Recreation,” “American Idol,” “The Voice” (can’t help myself
), “America’s Next Top Model,” and “The Walking Dead.” Usually the better scripted shows come in the fall, but that’s okay. I’ll be pleased enough with my silly reality competition shows for now.
I got Batman: The Animated Series volume 1 so now I can watch the series again.
Looking forward to the premiere of Napoleon Dynamite (animated series) tomorrow night.
Hopefully they will have superhero shows on TV. And also I am going to watch American Idol on the 20Th of Jan, because that is when auditions will be on for 2012.
Me too! I’m looking forward to it. Last year a girl I worked on a history project with in high school made it to the top 24.
I’ve never been a fan of American Idol. I have watched ausitions on Youtube but that’s all.
I’m not keen on shows like Idol, Got Talent, The X Factor and so on. I think they’re quite lazy pieces of TV tbh, although i admit that some of the auditions are hilarious.
I’m quite proud of my taste in fictional series (aka not reality, but you could argue some is “fiction”), such as “Breaking Bad,” “Freaks and Geeks,” and so forth, but sometimes reality shows based on talent competitions are too interesting for me to ignore, and I admit they’re not the best in quality. Rarely do I ever find a cover interesting enough to listen to outside of the show, but shows like “American Idol” or “X Factor” can bring forth some great talent, in my opinion. I’m not a fan of the way those shows exploit people’s back stories, use cheesy dancers during performances, and have recently been overpraising performers for mediocre renditions, but otherwise I enjoy hearing talented singers.
That is awesome for your friend to be on the top 24. ![]()
