When will an Up skin be made?
I’d like to know as well, could we give some input on it? That’d be cool!

Well, what ever she’s planning or wwho ever is working on it will definetely not disappoint.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t think Mell even works on this site anymore, so if I am correct, don’t expect an Up skin any time soon.
Aww, if I knew a decent amount of HTML, I’d be happy to help, but alas,… 
That’s kind of a bummer, it’s pretty hard to find good web designers. I do know someone who’s pretty good at HTML, but I’m not sure if he’d want to help, and I don’t know if he’d be able to pull it off. If anything comes up about this, I’d love to hear about it.
I guess we have to wait til the end of this year perhaps?
