Yeah, it does. Before the full trailer came out and they just gave us that little sneak, I thought it was Lotso.
I think that all of the lead daycare toys form a villain alliance. If you look in the Spanish trailer, the shot where Hamm yells “incoming!” is extended. In it, you can see in the corner [spoil]Lotso next to Twitch, Ken, the baby doll, the robot, and I think maybe the rock guy; I don’t remember completely, all smiling evilly.[/spoil]
Ooh a Villain team up. That’d be intresting, too bad Zurge isn’t there oh wells.

Look during the “They just love new toys, now don’t they?” scene, and you can see the rock guy with an evil grin. I assume the octopus is bad, too. Twitch is also evil, during the “You’ve got a playdate with destiny” scene, he’s standing next to Lotso and evil Buzz, with Ken behind them.
Here’s my theory on Ken: he is part of the bad guy clan, but is also not completely evil. Judging by the Spanish trailer, he gets picked on a lot, as they call him a softee, and a girl’s toy, and he gets really mad. I think he’s gonna be evil to Andy’s toys, but then when Barbie breaks up with him (the scene where she rips his ascot off), he might turn nice at the end so she’ll like him again. Maybe it’ll even be a key plot point, like he secretly teams up with Woody to tell him Lotso’s plan to help him escape, and he lives happily ever after with Barbie because she forgives him for helping her friends.

I also believe that he’s the one who says [spoil]“Where’s Potato Head?” [/spoil]in the end of the second trailer. Judging by the concern in this voice, I’d say that he probably was worried something bad happened to him and perhaps had already joined Woody’s team.
I’m pretty sure that was Woody.
It’s a fair guess that Lotso is the villain, since one of the TS3 Lego sets has him controlling some garbage machine with Woody and co. in it.

I thought that was Woody also…worried he got left behind during an escape attempt or something.

I don’t like to get off topic but how did so many people know about Lots-O’-Huggin’ Bear before he was introduced?
He had a cameo in Up in the little girl’s bedroom when Carl lifts off. One of the trivia cards that are included with the Pixar projection packages given to theaters included his name on it.
I never saw Up. Guess I’ll find a website online to watch it.
