Frollo will always be one of my favorite villains. Like I said before, he’s just so easy to hate as a character.
I think villians are probably harder to write than good guys. I think Hopper is terrifying 
Oh yes, Captain Hook has always been one of my favorites as well.

I’ve always thought Madame Medusa and her gang were pretty funny. I love the whole “Snnooops, what’s wrong???” And of course, Brutus and Nero playing the organ!
