Violet's art work

I’ll try, but I just really couldn’t find anything to critique.

Well,i’m not sure about critiques. You have yet to produce an under-average art piece. Cant wait to see what you’ve got next

Well, thanks for trying anyway, guys  ! I’d just really like some slightly more detailed feedback. If you can’t criticize it, can you tell me what you liked about the latest pieces, please? You know, what should I keep doing? Sorry if this sounds self-centered or rude. You don’t have to. I really do appreciate the comments  . It’s just cool when I can get advice.

I’ll try to be more specific in my feedback and it doesn’t sound self-centered or rude. I also think your new Sig is great.

Well, you know me. I love it when you draw Violet Pics. I think I would like to see a Helen and Violet pic some time down the road.

pixarmilan- Thanks  ! I was afraid it sounded rude. I just really like in-detail feedback, if people have time. Thank you for that, and the compliment on my siggy  .

TSS- How well I know  . I might do a Violet and Helen picture down the road.

Okay, guys, another update  !

Okay, so, when I thought of the name Argon for Violet, it kinda got me going. I really just wanted a cool suit for her, and this is what came out after one failed attempt. I got the idea of the inner material throughout the suit being purple from a pair of gloves that I really want. I think Violet might use this only on certain occasions, opting for this instead

This is the final suit design for Violet as Vigilanty, by me and Phileas. He loved the white boots and I loved the chest design. So this is the one we went for. This new suit features gadgets, like retractable roller-blades and cleats; noise-reducing, high friction shoe bottoms (to reduce the risk of slipping and falling); and updated material for better and quicker response to her invisibility stage. She also carries just a few weapons…

Yeah, I had fun with that :sunglasses:

Great job on all of them! I really like the colors on the first one. The color/lighting on the hair is amazing on both. Everything on the costume on the second one is amazing. The notes and drawing of the third one were very interesting to read and see.

Really amazing job Violet Parr. I love the super suits.

Wow, I’ve seen your draws and I think that you do a great work, I become you fan, if you are agree of curse

Thank you all so much  ! I really apreciate the comments  ! And always nice to have a new viewer, Ross Green :stuck_out_tongue: ! Welcome to Pixar Planet! You might wanna introduce yourself here: viewtopic.php?f=48&t=564&start=5265 Hope you like it here  !

Can’t wait to see what you’ve got next Vi.

Well, TSS, you need wait no more   ! Here it is  !!!

Another comic strip  ! This is just a little idea I had that I probably won’t follow up. But, here it goes… The Incredibles go to New York  ! Here, Violet’s about sixteen, almost seventeen (and going through a light Gothic phase, might I mind; just look at her eye liner). This is her first time in NYC, and, as you can she, she more than amazed by the city lights. And, as for her mom saying, “Be aware!” that’s just what my mom says before I go out by myself. I figured Helen would do it, too. I was listening to I Believe by Building 429 while I did this. For some reason, this set the mood for me. It reminded me of my image of New York for some reason. And, something I just realized, the first line in this song says “I was standing in the pouring rain one dark November Night,” and I set this comic in November. Anyway, I’d really like to go to New York, seeing as the first and only time I was there was when I was about five. Sorry for the poor quality of the second drawing, it’s not finished yet. She’s supposed to be looking up at the buildings.

Okay, this is what happens when an Incredi-freak who loves science gets reeeeeaally, really bored. And, yeah, not much else to say here 8D .

Hope you like  ! 'Till next time!

Great job! I really enjoyed the comic strip. I think you got the feel of Violet’s character really well (as usual) in the comic strip. And you drew the crowds well I might add.

You grave great detail on the skeleton. So a great job on that too.

Well, each time you become more professional.

I say that because the perspective of the door is unusual.
Anyone can draw a door, but you do it with a “up view”
I can see you perspective mastering, in the second draw too.

I love the third one !!!
frontal bone zygomatic mandible parietaloccipital
The school books should have this kind of images !!!

P.D
I hope that you can travel to new york or anywhere that you wish

Really nicely done Violet. I love the comic strip. Really adventurous. I can’t wait to see more.

 Hey Violet, Can I use the suit that you have designed ???
I think about a “special mission” for you and your purple/black suit :sunglasses:

pixarmilan- Thank you! I’m glad I still have a knack for portraying Violet  !

Ross Green- Thank you so much for the detailed critique  ! And, yes, you may, as long as you give me credit for the design. I’d love to hear what your idea is!

TSS- Thank you, TSS  ! But, sadly, I don’t think I’ll be continuing it. I kinda lost interest.

Oh, i understand. That’s okay. i still can[t wait for your next update.

Well, since I ain’t coming threw on the comic, how’s about I give ya that update  ?

Another DA trade, this time with UrvyBalboa, using his characters, Jessie Jetter and Casey Quickster, along with Violet and Atomic Betty.

So, anyway, he requested Violet with the other head girls from him “Alliance of Super Girls,” and that Violet be looking back at an old picture of herself, to sort of show her progression as a character. This was a challenge, as I was doing characters that (1.) I’m not used to doing, (2.) don’t follow intently. But it was excellent practice. I tried a style of lining that I’ve used a few times before, but have never done with pencil fill-in that I can recall. I think it turned out pretty good, though I think I made Jessie look like a mannequin. Sorry Vi’s back is turned to us, but I couldn’t think of a better way to do it. I also think this leaves a bit of mystery, as she has grown up a bit (from thirteen in the photo to sixteen here), and she probably looks a little different. Also, I used an old drawing I did of her from a book that featured them, cut in in Photo Explosion, and pasted it into this picture, as the photo Vi’s looking at.

Thanks so much for doing this trade, Urvy! Hope you like it!

Nobody’s perfect, but you do mean a lot to someone, even if that only someone is God <3 . I’ve been listening to this a lot lately. It’s very true. I really wanted to do this picture. And, yes, it’s in pink  . Only to pay homage to the song artist! I’m not much a fan of the color (okay, so it depends…).

Song: Perfect by P!nk. I own not.

Hope you like  !

I’ve seen your pix before, but to see them again is just so amazing.

Really nice job. I really like the DA trade. i hope you do more.
