In case you didn’t know, the deadliest school shooting occurred today at Virginia Tech. It’s all
over the news if you wanna know more… 
I am not sure about this. This is really sad. I feel so
sorry for everyone who was effected.
I saw it on
Google News a couple of hours ago. It was certainly a very sad event.
May those who passed away rest in
peace, and I hope and pray that those who were affected - directly or indirectly - by the incident could
recover.
All I got to say is “HOW”? Where was
security when this guy got in?

What possible motive could the gunman have?
It was [u]the worst
massacre in US history[/u]. 32 students were killed and 15 were wounded, some in an attempt to escape
the gunman, who eventually took his own life.
VA Tech’s president stated that they were quick to notify
the students and to secure the area, but many people are doubting this. From what I understand, there was a huge
amount of time inbetween the two shootings, so how was the gunman able to move freely on campus if it was
“secure”?

Well, they allowed classes to continue after the first shooting because they
thought that he had left…That was a HUGE mistake…
MAJOR mistake. Students have been
shot and you’re worrying about others missing their
classes?!

Kinda odd, how people do things like that: they murder others before
taking their own life, as if to be “reassured” that they’re not the only ones who will suffer a death
toll. So depressing…

The shooter, from what I hear, had two 9mm handguns plus clips.

What really sickens me (besides the obvious death toll), is that there are those that are just using this
travesty as a means to justify their own agenda.
Like Jack Thompson, whose using it to push his whole
“ban violent games” agenda, despite there being no evidence of the shooter’s identity or what he was
doing beforehand.
Glad I never heard of this guy…well so far he’s
an idiot from what I see and read.
He’s also dead, Nexas. Killed himself after all of
it…

Bah, I have played games before with a lot of violence, (Mostly fantasy games and I’ve never
even THOUGHT of doing something as dumb as shooting someone…You don’t see me going over to my neighbor and
using my Lv. 10 Broadsword on their Chocobo, or something like that…lol

As for Violence in games…about 98% don’t do such a thing.
I HAVE heard of a rather
idiotic game that teaches people how to sell drugs (though in a gaming sense, kinda like GTA), I mean THAT, yeah,
I can see a problem with, but nearly all games don’t affect people too much in a negative fashion.
This is really going to impace a lot of people. But I am
really scared for every person here. Ya never know when someone could go balistic on you. I am worried about
everyone here.
The world is a dangerous place. Some are in a drama,
experiencing irony, tradgedy, even the occasional comedy that makes us forget. We’re all just actors, held by
puppet strings.
