Well LG, I don’t know the specifics, but apparently, it
is legal to carry a concealed (keyword “concealed”) weapon in the state of
Virginia.

No kidding? That just yells “harm and murder” right there. If concealed weapons are allowed to be
carried around in public, who knows what could come about…and at any time? The person behind you in the
shopping line could be carrying a gun, for Pete’s sake… 
The sad fact is that the
“disease” appears to be spreading in all areas of the United States. The city I live in used to be the
second/third (if not the first) safest area in all of the U.S. Now it’s down to 7th or 8th place, I think.
(sigh)
Did you
know the US has the most killings by guns? I saw the documentary [i]Bowling for
Columbine[/i]- they pretty much explained the truth for it. It’s 'cause we’re too diverse and a lot
of people are racist, even if only a little bit. It’s a sad thing. =(

Yeah, I’m not to proud to be an
American right now…Why should I be?
Another thing- if you watch the news, they’ll quickly put on something about a killing or some other bad news
before putting on something good, because people are more likely to be interested in something bad. =P
Sick.
And the news can create panic/fear, which leads to purchase of guns or other weapons, which leads to
death. =P
It just sickens me.
I understand how you feel FONY. And the law of carrying a
concealed weapon? That is just plain wrong.
