Ehh, why not? I’ve never seen any, but I don’t think they look particularly unappealing/uninteresting to kids.
I’m pretty sure there are no WALL-As. But they have toys for other characters, even the Reject Bots if that makes you feel better.
I’m not sure how kids are supposed to play with a 30 foot-tall, 2,000 ton robot!
Granted, most toys from this movie aren’t life size.

It would just have to look larger in scale to other WALL-E toys. I will admit a life-sized one would be pretty cool and terrifying.
