Cameos:
We’ve already found one, so does anyone wnat to speculate who or what will make a cameo appearance in WALL-E. My guesses are the Robot from Toy Story and/or XR from Buzz Lightyear of Star Command.
My guess is we’ll haaave to see some sort of Finding Nemo reference, but I’m not sure where a fish would fit in a robot movie. Heh, maybe on a peice of trash paper or something? ![]()
If we only knew what else to find. After all, all of the clues for cameos we got are the robot, the square garbage, the stars in the sky, etc. There has to be more to look for.
Maybe some constellations shaped as Pixar characters? ![]()
Well, I suppose we’ll just have to wait until the film (or its official trailer) is released, won’t we? I would speculate that some obvious references to other Pixar characters/items/codes will be mentioned, such as the ever-elusive Pixar Planet truck and the famous A113 “cameos”. The Jr. Ball may also make an appearance, as well.
Or a tuna can, perhaps? ![]()
I like your speculation concerning Pixar characters in the stars, by the way. 'Tis very clever.
A car version of Mater which is lurcking in the pile, along with the Pizza Planet Truck.
Also we may see some references to Star Wars.
Seriously, guys, this is crazy! But we’re all crazy, so I guess we’d have to talk about this sometime. Well, let’s just say that you can see A113 in the trailer. I found it, but I won’t tell yet. ![]()
That’s not nice, let’s see, you may be mistaken.
And if you’re not, you can have others confirm it.
No, it’s pretty clear. However, I broght it up in another topic earlier, though, so you probably already know where it is.
Could you link me to the “other topic”?
I bet you can find it. If you can’t, I’ll show you. Hint: WALL•E
You mean that WALL-E is like leet for W A113
I don’t see THAT as a reference really…
YAY!!! You found it! Congratulations, Martin!
Leet? What’s that? O U M3N teh 57V|=|= |1|<3 7H15? Yeah, I see…sort of.
Also, I don’t think I said it was a reference, I just said I found it.
Thats a good one.
Hey, azzstar . Welcome to Pixar Planet . I know you’ll have a good experience here. Hmmmm… you may be right in saying that there might be Star Wars references, however, now that I’m thinking about it anyway, I believe Star Trek references would be more likely. In any case, they will most definitely put in references or in-jokes, cameos, etc. to Up . That’s what I’m thinking right now. Oh, and once again, welcome to Pixar Planet .

A113- It’s really not there, it’s just an (elaborate) coincidence.
I didn’t say it was there, I just said I found it, and I did. xD
coincidence? yeah, you’re probably right, but remember we’re still thinking of why WALL•E was called WALL•E.
That’s getting a bit off-topic, and it’s pretty clear that he was named for his acronym, or the affectionate name for Walter, Wally… OR… A combination of the two. He probably had many names before that so… IDK
Pretty much the same thing
that doesn’t make sense anywyas
Well, we’ll have to find out sometime, it might as well be now. Named for his acronym? That’s very very very rarely the case. Most of the time, acronyms which are pronounceable are thought up after the name is thought up.
