Wall-E Forum

Well folks, I don’t think there’s much doubt that Wall-E is an actual movie in

production by Pixar so as such we’ve opted to create the Wall-E forum. All Wall-E related threads will move

here and I encourage you to continue making new topics and new posts about this much awaited and much speculated

ninth Pixar film! =)

I’m quite glad that WALL-E has finally received a separate board of discussion all

unto itself, as many fans have already gotten quite “hyped up” about this film, and many topics of

discussion on the matter have popped up in places.

Thank you, Dash.

I still think in my mind that it is

still a rumor, but after you put this forum section up, I totally changed my mind.

Exactly, Mitch- we’ve already started to talk a lot about it, as have the

general movie-going public, despite the fact that we know next to nothing about it, so having its own section in

the forums means that we can gather and discuss our findings with a more methodical approach. Definitely getting

more excited about this, and I hope some more information is released in the near future.

lizardgirl - Yep – exactly. I surmise that a teaser for the film will be released

along with Ratatouille, or maybe even with a later film…such as

Enchanted. Although, Enchanted me be, perhaps, a little

too far away to host a WALL-E trailer.

I bet it will be with the release of Ratatouille. Every Pixar movie I go to, they always show

the teaser for their new one.

If you recall, a release date was announced a while back so in my mind,

Wall-E does 100% exist. As with it being about a robot, we’ll just have to wait for

the teaser trailer that comes with Ratatouille .

Here’s the release date:

June 27, 2008.

Isn’t is a

little early for them to be announcing a release date at this moment in time? And what are the odds that the film

just happens to come out just two days before Ratatouille, only in 2008?

:stuck_out_tongue:

Sheer coincidence…or a rumor?

Well, I think it makes sense. Cars

and Ratatouilie are releases in june. So this should be the same as last time.

Mitch - Check Upcoming Pixar and Box Office Mojo,

it’s the exact same release date I’ve already mentioned.

But I think it isn’t official. Before you know it, the date changes.

Even

though Upcoming Pixar and Box Office Mojo are reliable sites, I think both of them got their information from

ComingSoon.net, which isn’t the most reliable site in the world. But then again, I may be wrong…

For

the record, I do believe that Wall-E exists - we’ve had enough evidence from the past to actually reach such a

conclusion, I think.

Cool! I had no idea

there’d be a Wall-E forum up this soon! I’ll be hyped up about this one before Ratatouille even comes out!

Check out this wonderful little image:

Rather inspirational, isn’t it? And quite endearing as well, I must say…

Thanks

goes to JV for the link to the blog itself!

I don’t think that is Concept Art Mitch. I think that is just the scan that makes it

look like Concept Art.

JV -

Ahh – I see. Well, it’s cool anyways! Thanks for correcting me.

It is inspriational, but I hve seen it before. That is the same picture on the WaLE

Poster in Disney’s California Adventure.

The Star Swordsman - You’ve gotta be kidding me. It’s the same picture? Oh yeah,

look at that! That picture of the poster I saw was rather hard to view properly, and so I never realized that

both images were the same picture until now! Gee whiz… (snigger)

Yep, it is the very same picture. That is okay, the

poster was hard to see anyways. I had to go up there and physically see it for myself. But I am 100% sure that

the concept art is indeed the picture of the poster.

Here’s a question: When do you think the theatrical trailer will be released? Given that it will take some time for the animators to work on it, I’m placing my money right now on the same time that the Ratatouille theatrical trailer was released (in March) .
