Should they come out with Model kits for WALL-E?
Yes, I would love to see a 1/4 or 1/8 scale model of WALL-E made by a model company.
No, I don’t have patience for model building.
I wonder if AMT ERTL or Revell Monogram will come out with WALL-E model kits.
A company called MPC made Star Wars and The Black Hole kits and AMT made Star Trek kits during the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s.

Yes, I want the full scale Wall-E model sitting on the bench with EVE, now in Pixar’s lobby, in my room

Sure. If there is a market for it, I don’t see why not. I have a feeling this is going to be a real geeky movie, which there hasn’t been a while, so all of the sci-fi nerds will be all over that kind of merchandise. He he.
Well for me it was a toss up. I’ve never been interested in model building, yet it would be cool to see. I think if I ever do end up getting one for some reason, it’ll end up like my Beatles models-still sealed in the box.

That’s why you buy 2 or 3 and build one of them.
Yeah if you have the extra money for that. But like I said, I know it’s the kind of thing I’d never get around to actually doing…
Yeah I know what you mean.
I have about 20 models setting in my garage waiting for the day I retire so I have time to build them.
I would think though that a WALL-E kit would be kept in the less than $20 range.
They would want him to be affordable for kids of all ages.
I could see a snap together for the kids 8 and up and a glue together with more detail for those with advanced skills.
