Okay, I put this here because it’s not a replica and it’s not a collection item. Does anyone know what this toy is, and why he’s blue? I got him for my birthday, open and w/o packaging or info as my mamaw got him from a yard sale. Ideas? Why is he BLUE???
EDIT: I decided this is now for any weird Buzz’s, as well as info on this one, since everyone seems to have a “weird Buzz figure”.

I think it’s one of those “Evil Buzz Lightyears” they sold around when TS2 came out.
No, I looked everywhere for "Blue Buzz Lightyear"and "weird Buzz"but this is the best image I found. Thanks, Bryko, I’ll have to look around under that name.
They sold a lot of Buzzes around 2005 or so, and they had different variations, like black and blue, orange and yellow…
Oh, well that kind of makes sense. Thanks!! I thought it may have been “Interstellar Buzz”, but that’s the beastly silver one.
They had so many like that around '99, I alone have a silver and black, a dark green and black, and a blue/silverish one. I recall seeing clear green ones, and even one with American flag patterns
That’s weird. I wonder how many different color patterns there are 
To name a few, I had the Interstellar, the chrome, American Flag, and Christmas Buzz Lightyear… they had a lot.
I used to have a black Buzz Lightyear. I think I got it around '96.
I think I saw one of those in an advertisement in an old Donald Duck magazine.
They were released around TS2’s release or something, I dunno.
