Sigurd Rascher, who is probably single handedly responsible for establishing the saxophone as a well respected instrument in the classical world.

His tone is amazing! It’s so unique and different from everything else from around his time. He doesn’t even sound like he’s playing a saxophone, it sounds more like a flute!
