And I, being the director, will be bossing you around and watching your work constantly.
Jk, I’ll be nice.
Or I’ll be reviewing your work. I’ll still be nice.

I keep changing what I want to be when I grow up. When I was little I wanted to be a ballerina. Then I wanted to be a baseball player. Then I wanted to be a journalist. Then I decided I would settle with being a teacher. Throughout all that I’ve had secret, overly ideal dreams to be a singer or an actress or a broadway star. I’ve always wanted to perform or just to do something where I could be creative. Right now I’m studying to be a French teacher. The only reason I picked it because I’m good at languages and I couldn’t really think of much else I could do with languages.
But I really want to work in film, either doing directing, screenwriting, costume designing, supervising music, or something. I’m still not sure yet. I haven’t had much experience and it kind of feels like it’s too late to start now that I already have a major. But one thing is for sure. I cannot see myself teaching for the rest of my life. I think I would die. Not just because it’s stressful, but there are no real creative outlets in teaching.
Ok, ranting is done. ![]()
