What Does Lotso Say?

Can someone tell me what Lotso says in this one scene? (Scene is spoilerish)

[spoil]When Buzz is in the time-out chair, and Lotso comes in, as he goes toward Buzz and says something like “No no no, this isn’t how we treat our guests!” And as he goes to the back of the chair to untie him, he says something that sounds like he says “shorts” at the end or something. Normally I wouldn’t care, but in the 5 times I’ve seen it, everyone always laughs at it. Does anyone know what I’m talking about? Sorry to create a whole new topic…but it’s bugging me[/spoil]

[spoil]He says “F.A.O my Schwarz!” It’s a reference to the toy store by the same name…[/spoil]

Yeah, I remember hearing him say something like that also. BTW, did anyone else think that part was played out so well: [spoil]the way Lotso looks so concerned about Buzz when he comes in yet at the same time has this eerie feeling going around it like something’s not quite right.[/spoil]
