What if Randall found himself in this exact same situation ?

Possed that same question to Ran myself. Though I don’t

think he answered me too honestly given how long it’s been.

Not sure anyone said it, doubt it, but give

Randall’s life…won’t anyone think he’d be confused?

I mean heh. Come on. Ran’s not exactly a guy who

visit’s the factory’s daycare center every chance he gets heh. And he thinks of most kids as an

annoyance.

If a kid were to come to Ran in the same manner as Sullivan…well…who knows.
I mean for

one, Ran’s a prider on his work, so he knows how things are done. He wouldn’t make the mistakes Sullivan did,

such as bothering a “scarer” after hours and ruining their scare.
Two, from the point Ran knew kids

weren’t toxic, especially at this time (Yeah, he knows they aren’t, clues people…). So he’d be a lot less

panicky than Sullivan and Wazowski.

Like the two, though, Ran would want to get the kid back as quick as

possible…

…To be honest, not sure how the heck this event WOULD occur. I mean Ran could just put the

kid back in without hesitation…

If you ask 1,000 single guys(especially those still in their '20s) how

they felt about little kids, I would bet that at LEAST 90% of them would tell you that they find little kids to

be an annoyance! Sulley was lucky in that he wound up with a kid who wasn’t so bad as far as typical

two-year-olds go, believe me, he could have gotten one that was MUCH worse(like my niece)which would left a much

less-pleasant impression on him, too! Most guys do not realy start to show their paternal instincts until THEY

have a kid of their own, and even still, some never do. Given that Randall wasn’t nearly as repulsed by Boo as

Mike was, I don’t think that he would take as long as Wazowski to develope some degree of affection or

protectiveness of a human child…unless of course, he thought someone might notice and think he was

“weak” because of it.

comforting or not…Ran does have…certain…“life experiences” that Sullivan and Wazowski have not

experienced that would conflict with any relationship…more or less a child one.

Ahh yes Little Bandit’s. A similiar, albiet differently timed, predicament. Hard to say of Randall’s reaction after the incident, as he had a rather rude “welcoming” to our “peace-seeking” world.
