What would happen if L&S got married?
Thatâd be pretty cool.
Well, I would imagine it would be hard.
Lighting has got to travel the world, racing for the piston cup while Sally is trying her best to raise her kid.
I think it would be difficult.
I donât mind the kissing , but the marring thing doesnât feel right to me . With
them , anyway . Let me quote wicked for you to describe :

It would seem a little âforeingâ to us, as people, if Sally and
Lightning got âhooked upâ for good. However, the concept of it is not as bizzare to me as it might be
for some other people. I think that it is rather inevitable, as Sallyâs words of romance to Lightning â and
here, I am referring to the moment when she said, âNo. It was much more than thatâ - pretty much nailed
the doornob to the door. Henceforth, now that we know that Sally and Lightning had feelings for each other all
along, it would be rather hard for them to stay as just an unmarried couple for infinite.
Although, this
is Pixar, and anything can happen. 
I like the idea, but I donât really favor it. I like that they are just really close instead of tieing the
knot.

then perhaps we will get our answer⊠
However, I am not in favor of sequels. Never have been; never
will be. And, as I understand it, Pixar is not too fond of the idea, either (the exception being
Toy Story). I like to remember a movie as the way it was originallyâŠwithout any
sequels involved. The only exception would be if an second film would be inevitable (ie., [i]The
Incredilbes[/i] sort of needs a sequel), or if it is an on-going
âcollectionâ (ie., Harry Potter, [i]The Lord of the
Rings[/i], Star Wars, etc.).
well, the key word there is if. I am not really ready for a Cars sequel. I think it
would be cool to see what happens after the Piston Cup, but not right now. But that is just me.

. The first one just came out . Maybe in a few years , but not now . Itâs a little too early for
us to be thinking about that .

Perhaps thatâs partly why the Cars videogame was made: to give a little
backstory and future information about what happened after the second Piston Cup race?
L&S married? thatâs just too sudden! i mean they
havenât even kissed yet!

canât really see a free-roaming car like Lightning getting marriedâŠWith of all the fans he has, he will have a
lot of temptation around him, but at the moment, heâs much too young and immature for such a commitment.
Possibly after a good few years on the race circuits, with a bit of experience under his belt (or bonnet) but not
just yet.
But after the movie, they have to have been going out together. I think Lightning has
had many chances to kiss Sally.

I think I just like Lightning and Sally as a very close
couple. I donât want to see them married. Not yet anyways.
I was also wondering what would happen if Sallyâs parents met her boyfriend,and if Lightningâs parents met
his girlfriend .And what if L&S have siblings?
if that happened, L%Sâs bros & sisâs wouldnât
leave them alone.
