I also have a Poodle/Lopsel-opsel mix and a Dalmation/Greyhound mix. The Poodle mix grows a lot of hair since it has descendents from two dogs that grow a lot of hair, and the Dalmation looks like a dalmation but has the face of a greyhound (partway, 75 greyhound 25 dalmation). Also, the Dalmation has one too many black spots to look like a dalmation.

Yeah, it was ruff, put she kept going on the carpet and couldn’t jump as good anymore, she was almost 19.
Aww, well at least she lived a really long live. My dog was put down when he was 6.
Was he sick. We put ours down when he was 14.

What did he have?
He had cancer.

I am very sorry for both ellie-jessie-eve and Pixarfan91. I would be very sad if something happened to one of my pets. Years ago my family and I had a Mouse who died. And pretty recently one of our Goldfish died as well. (That was when we had two Goldfish. When that goldfish died we got two more so now we have three Fish.) 
When pets die, it leaves a hole in your heart that takes more than time to heal.
I’m really sorry to hear about your dog, e-j-e, and your right TSS. They’re family after all.
Thanks guys! Yeah, that was way back in 2007. It’s sad. But as Benjamin Franklin says, the only two sure things of Life are Death and Taxes.

I agree with that statement too. We have a Christmas ornament we hang on our tree every year that says “Cats leave paw-prints on your heart” with my old cat’s name written underneath it in her memory.
Pixarfan: At least your pets both lived to old ages, that is something to be happy about.
eje: That is so sad it makes me want to cry…I am so sorry for your lose. It is nice to see that you don’t let it get you too down though. You are such an optimistic person though that it doesn’t surprise me. Just think of the good times, that’s what I tell myself.
Awww, I’m sorry I made you sad! Thank you for your compassion! Yeah, when it first happened it got me down, because he was so young when he died, and he was my first dog. But now that it’s been a while I understand that stuff happens and I can’t change it, so I won’t let it bring me down!
