I’ve become a bit obsessed with 2001 recently.
thedriveintheatre, I hope Twilight lives up to the hype as well. I enjoyed the story. It does get a bit redundant at times, but it’s addicting. Once you pick up the book, you can’t put it down!

Creepy wallpaper, Wall-E! Is that Hal’s point of view? 2001 may be showing on Oz Free to Air this Sunday, so I may go check it out if I have the time. I haven’t seen this apparently Kubrick masterpiece yet, but I heard there’s shades of it in the film Wall-E, particularly in AUTO’s character.
Well, that’s good to hear, Hannahmation. Maybe I’ll pick it up if it’s on the shelve in the library. I’m not sure if it’s getting a release in Oz or Singapore, so I’ll await your review of it if you’re gonna write one. And thanks for the Wall-E-paper, I agree it’s one of the most beautiful and profound posters I’ve seen for a long time! What do you think of the Dark Knight Joker ‘blockbuster’ poster (After all, he is busting blocks…city blocks, that is.

My sister basically owns this computer, so she puts whatever she wants on it. Lately, we’ve been on a bit of a King Julien kick due to the release of Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa, hence the apparent obsession. We’ve been talking like him daily and everything. It’s quite pitiful.

Hah, great desktop, Mitch. I personally haven’t seen the new movie yet, but I’m planning to very soon. I think that desktop captures the wackiness of King Julien perfectly.

Oh yeah! I’ve seen that desktop on the official website, Mitch! King Julien and Maurice FTW! They’re my favourite duo from Madagascar. It helps that Sacha Baron Cohen and Cedric the Entertainer voice them respectively.

Nah. Mountain Dew is a type of soda. Kinda like umm… Sierra Mist or 7-up or Sprite. It’s basically a lemon-lime soda.
