I asked a couple of Times but i didn’t get Answerd My TSC Woody’s Right Hand is Coming loose and i don’t want him to break is there Anyway i can fix it Before his hand comes off completly cause after all A Cowboy Needs His hand 
Hmm…have you tried all-purpose glue?
This isn’t exactly a common problem, so I don’t know how you expect us to help. None of us can answer this without seeing the thing. Its probably something you just have to play by ear. maybe ask someone you know who can sew. (if its stitching related)
Well, since his hands are vinyl/plastic, re-stitching him wouldn’t help.

Who, me, or WTCB? I’ll admit I’ve been sleeping with a toy Mr. Incredible since I was eleven, and the bad part is, he’s plastic. I wouldn’t sleep with Woody because he’s so expensive, but I would snuggle him.

Well, girls get a bit more leeway in my eyes as far as that goes. Not sure what gender Woody The Cowboy is, I assumed male. I just can’t imagine a guy that old sleeping with toys. I can’t knock it too much I guess, since the general public thinks collecting toys in general might be odd, but still.
But I’m getting off topic. hope you get woody fixed.
I’m not 100% sure for Woody, but ussually dolls with plastic head/hands like Woody have the plastic parts attached with Zip Ties. If this is the case with the Sheriff, your’s might have gotten a bad bit and either broken or come undone, causing the hand to be loose. If you are (or someone you know) have any sewing skills, it’s a pretty easy fix. Or you could just go into the sleeve and sew a bit of string in there.
Either way, good luck getting him back in order. I don’t think you should have too much trouble as long as you are careful.
Hmm, maybe you could use super-glue. Actually, that’s probably not such a good idea. Things can get messy if you accidentally squrt the glue in the wrong place. Maybe you could use it, but you’d have to be EXTREMELY careful.
Geoff has a point. If you do use all-purpose glue, try not to make a mess. Hope it works out.
I agree with OneEyeBart95, sounds like the zip tie came loose or wasn’t tightened enough. Try feeling around the wrist joint if you can shove the hand farther in the wrist socket and ratchet the zip tie tighter.
