Saw my cat and do try yo fight each other. Why can’t they get along?
Now that I’ve put my soul into some artwork for my senior show, and I’m quite satisfied, I feel like playing around with other kinds of art that I’ve set aside. I want to hone on my skills in illustrating cartoons, realism (figure studies), digital work, and even stuff like crafts… These tissue paper pieces I did today were very “craftsy” but I became excited when I realized how much fun it was to layer the vibrant colors and create more modern yet simplistic designs than I usually do. But I mainly want to play around with more creative illustrations that have fun shapes and interesting characters. I’m becoming inspired by concept art for animated films. Hmmm…
Maybe this can be a winter break project for me (which is a month long—lots of time to be bored!).
That dog almost comes here everyday now.

Had a dream about the Incredibles today.
What happened in it?^
In that dream, Violet had to find a key to release her family. However, the key is located down a well, in an room underwater, problem is that there are six tunnels to choose from. Each lead to a room. at the bottom of the well lie a pile of skeletons, all have tried to find the key, but all have failed.
Vi had to swim to the bottom of the well and through one of the tunnels. It was long swim, but she surfaced at the end of the tunnel. However, the first tunnel was a trap cause after she surfaced, a cauldron of hot oil came pouring from above. Violet dove under and swam out of that tunnel and into the next one. Once she surfaced, she looked up and saw a giant boulder plummeting down to her. She had to five down again and through another tunnel. ANd like the previous ones, each were traps. First it was falling blades, then arrows, then flesh eating spiders. The last tunnel and Violet is exhausted. she couldn’t swim any more, and her lungs are heaving heavily. But the last tunnel was also a trap: the tunnel caved in and collapsed. Vi took one last breath and dove under. She made it back to the center but was mere seconds away from drowning. She didn’t have the strength to swim back up. However, she figued out the puzzle. And the answer lied in the pile of skeletons. She used the last of her energy to form a field around the skeleton pile and lifted it up to reveal a hole, leading to one last tunnel. She swam through, and surfaced. She crawled on to the dry rock and found the key before passing out of exhaustion.
I hope to finish the dream tonight.
My mom wanted to do the Chrsitmas shopping today… With me, my brother and dad their getting are gifts. Such a stupid idea. My dad agreed.
For some reason< i have this feeling I have had the Incredibles dream before.

We let this dog that likes to come to are house in because it was raining. He comes here almost every day for food. Don’t think he cares for his real owners.
Hey Planeteers. It’s been a while since I’ve logged on to Pixar Planet. I apologize for not addressing anything about my sudden disappearance.
It’s nothing against the website. I’ve just been really busy with school lately and I’ve been retracting myself from the internet a lot. Whatever time I do spend on the internet is usually looking up articles for my classes or spending time with the My Little Pony fandom, which has completely overpowered my love for Pixar (although I’ll never not be a Pixar fan). Still most of my time isn’t even spent on the computer.
However, it would not be completely honest of me to simply state that as the sole reason. I’ve felt as if there has been a massive surge in participation on Pixar Planet in the last consecutive months. Whenever something Pixar related that’s big is released, such as a trailer, there’s the obligatory thread, and people still post often and daily. Being in Europe I am aware a lot of people are asleep across the world during the time I would sign in, however that is what has basically occured to me every time I post, an empty forum.
I swear I have nothing against the website or its users, I love all you guys and would never “rage quit” for some trivial reason. I will always check in every now and then, and when something big occurs I may peek. It’s just that deep down I know the website will probably never achieve the glory it did years ago, when posts were plentiful and full of life.
I’m sorry for my little rant. I just wanted to get something off my chest. I promise to check in every once in a while.
