That’s a good movie, one of Ozu’s best (though I haven’t seen many of his films 8D).

And I agree with eje that I like to follow the events until the presidential race later this year. It saddens me when someone who’s 18+ says they don’t care about politicians and won’t vote. Nobody has to like certain politicians, but one should certainly be aware of who’s in charge and vote to change that if it’s a problem, even if it’s a matter of choosing a lesser evil (or voting for an unpopular third party candidate). Of course, I don’t exactly think the Iowa caucus is as important as the media says, but it does sort of give Americans an idea of where the race is headed. I don’t agree with any of the Republican candidates, though, so I wouldn’t want to see any running this country.
