“Scaramouche, scaramouche, will you do the fandango?”

Today’s been awesome. My siblings and I walked our dog and took him to the town’s Dog Bakery. He made so many friends and got a free Dog Carrot cake. We also bought him a Birthday Treat, and then we went and got Ice Cream ourselves.
And now I’m watching How to Train your Dragon.
There’s a dog bakery where you live, EJE? Awesome!
And I love, love, love your new icon and sig BTW.
I’m going to the movies tomorrow!
rock-itpop: Yep, It’s one of the coolest stores of all time. There was so many treats to choose from! And thank you! I’m a huge Alan Rickman fan, And I’m just super excited for the movie next week!
K9Girl: Neat, what movie are you going to see?
I’ll just use this from Adam Young’s blog.
"Dizzy.
That’s how you feel when you run into a significant other you haven’t seen in a long time. A bitter avalanche of icy memories plows into your chest at breakneck speed, stealing the very breath from your lungs. Gasping for air, there’s really no use fighting it; the blow is instantaneous and it’s overpowering. Your eyes land on this person, your heart immediately stops dead, your knees go weak and you internally panic. You force yourself to walk over, but before either of you say hello, you’ve already got an endless amount of things you secretly want to say and an equally lengthy list of questions you wish you could ask.
What affection the two of you once shared was absolutely beautiful, consequently rendering any unanticipated meetings thereafter twice as awkward. But as everyone always reminded you, life has a way of operating, God has a mysterious way of working, and sometimes things change without a moment’s warning. Even after it was all said and done, it’s still hard to imagine how things could’ve ever evolved from “always” to “never” in what seemed like a single dramatic heartbeat.
Months and months later, you run into this particular person unexpectedly and the realization hits you like a brick wall. The pain is still there. It’s almost as painful as the night you said goodbye. Enough time has passed to con you into thinking you’ve begun to heal, and of course you probably have, but then you see this person and suddenly those old familiar aches begin to hurt all over again. You were finally beginning to mend after what happened, the relationship withered and ended, however dramatically, but the moment you lock eyes with this person you once shared so many dreams with, your stomach turns and a bitter taste fills your mouth. You can barely breathe. Half of you aches for things to be the way they once were, the other half longs to forget the whole thing ever happened. Regardless of your role in the conclusion of the relationship, it left you shattered and bringing it up after all this time would only pour another dose of potent heartbreak for both of you."
And that’s how I feel right now, even though it’s such a long status update. I just hope and pray all this changes soon.
sigh
I’m very annoyed with some people, and very happy with others. And they’re all members here.
I feel sick. And my friend just completely freaked out on me for being a contrarian just because I don’t like Family Guy unlike every other teen male.
Sorry to hear that, Bry. My best friend just got sick today as well. I guess autumn is when that happens the most…
Not much at the moment. My little brother is bored out of his mind and I’d play video games with him if his attitude wasn’t so rotten.
Konrad: Niiice update! I can really relate to it. I’m glad to see you posting around again!
Virginia: I hope you’re happy with me! Your status update shows that this place is like a big family. Sometimes you’re happy with people, other times annoyed. But in the end we’re all related. On here, it’s not with blood but with an appriciation for animation!
Bryko: Ugh, Family Guy. My little brother is starting to get into it, he’s only 10! I refuse to let him watch it. I hope you feel better!
Leirin: Autumn had it’s perks, like pumpkin pie and anticipation of Christmas. Being sick is one of the downsides!
Bryko: I’m not a fan of Family Guy, either. I don’t like South Park or American Dad, either. Kids in my class think I’m a freak just because I prefer kids shows (yes, I’m immature) over those ones.
Anywho, I’m visiting my mom for the weekend, and she had to work at my godmother’s video store tonight, and she dragged me along, and that’s where I am now. I may die of boredom.
@ellie-jessie-eve Hello! It has been awhile, and I’m glad to see you again too!
@Bryko614 dude, you’re not alone. The Family Guy is really lame in my opinion. :\
Thanks for all the advice on dogs and the encouragement, everybody ! I really appreciate it!
Sorry for all the people who aren’t doing that great . I hope things get better and you’ll be in my prayers.
Ellie- Tehe ! A dog bakery! AWESOME!!! I’ve gotta find one’a those where I live for when we get a puppy…
Daughter of Eve- Ha! Those are my favorites, too ! They sound different and strong. And I think that’s the general consensus for Sibes . They’re just gorgeous! And there’s something about them that draws people in.
And Happy Veterans Day ! (Sorry I’m a little late) My eldest cousin severed; in the Army Reserves, if I remember correctly. Those brave guys out there are wonderful.
I finally saw How to Train Your Dragon.
I am head-over-heels in love, I can see why everyone loves it!
My youth group finally decided where our Mission trip will be next summer! So far we’ve been to Mexico, San Diego, Seattle, Texas, and New Orleans.
This year we’re going to New York City! (more specifically, in Queens). I’m so excited, this will be my first time to the East coast!
rock-itpop: Bawww, I know, right?! <3 I’ve had several people I know come up to me or otherwise mention to me in various ways just how much they and their families loved it, too! It’s so weird; I could never get anyone I knew into Ratatouille or WALL-E… but they all took my advice when I said, “Go see HtTYD… it’s amazing!” Aahahaa xDDD

I’m trying not to stress about the whole college thing. It’s just a little bump in the road… we can work it out, with a little bit of work and reasoning. The most important thing is to keep my cool about it… freaking out probably isn’t the most mature reaction, after all, and won’t get me anywhere.
In other thoughts, I’ve got a bunch of drawing requests to finish for some people on dA, Bible school homework to work on, RPs to reply to, stories to write, I have to go check our mail box for a special letter I’ve been expecting, and I have to write up and send a few out myself… I’ll have a full week if I can work on all of those things!
little chef
I’m home sick right now
I wish I could go to the theater and see movies for free…one in particular…
