Well, you just have to keep trying–if you’re ever going to get one of those.
On my mind right now: It’s raining up here.

Holy cow that was a lot of spam, but most of it has been dealt with. but the monster in the “other Disney” section is going to be a nightmare.
Well, of course we’re still waiting for all the spam to be removed from the Other Disney forums, TSS! But I’m glad you cleaned up some of the other places on the boards, at least.
On my mind right now: I’ve got an injured Baltimore oriole in a cardboard box, but unfortunately I cannot take it to the Ohio Bird Sanctuary right now because Mom’s going up north and they’re closed for the day.
All Disney spam has been eliminated.
All right, TSS! Thanks a bunch!
WALL-E’s commentary isn’t as good as A Bug’s Life’s.
What do you mean the commentary for WALL-E isn’t that good? For one thing, Andrew Stanton explains in the commentary why they decided to put in “Hello Dolly”.
On a personal note, Dad and I had to move the injured bird into the sugar shack for the night (yes, still in the carrier) after giving it an orange half plus some grape jelly. And we’ve tried a couple times to see if it could fly, but unfortunately it is not able to do so due to a broken wing. So now I have to take it to the Bird Sanctuary tomorrow. (species type: Baltimore Oriole)
Evspixarfan2012 - Hm? I must have been watching a different thing, Andrew Stanton wasn’t in it. I assumed that “Geek Talk and Trash Talk” thing was its commentary. Is there another one?
Well, I have a DVD copy of the movie–the single-disc version, that is. Now I’ve read somewhere on here that there was a 3-disc edition (would that be the gold cover? 'Cause the one I have is the blue cover. And I’m not really sure about getting either that or the Blu-ray combo pack.) Or did something else happen that made you assume the voice sounded different? I really hope you didn’t just accidentally put in a different title by mistake…
Evspixarfan2012- Yeah, I have a 3 disc Blu-Ray version, that must be it. I probably popped in Disc 2 without thinking.
The 3-disc? You mean the gold cover? Or maybe a combo pack that comes with Blu-Ray, DVD and Digital Copy, perhaps? I’m just curious about that.
EDIT: worm80eye must be removed immediately. Nothing but spam. (And how do we keep the spammers out? We can’t keep having them attack these boards…especially since they just got cleaned up today!
)
Evspixarfan2012 - Half the cover’s gold, yeah. I don’t think it has a digital copy, though. The only digital copy I have is for Monsters, Inc. (and Jurassic Park, but that’s not Pixar).
Oh, so that’s what I’ve been seeing in the stores! (And the cover design looks different–it looks like he’s trying to peek at you.)
Mom says if I have to take the oriole to the Bird Sanctuary, I have to help Dad with mushroom hunting at the Clearfork Reservoir.
D’aww, I found a baby Randall picture! I wish I didn’t need to shift through stuff for these. There needs to be a site dedicated solely to fictional baby pictures.
I wonder if anyone’s ever drawn baby Hopper. ![]()
I was watching the controverisal two part film recently released by Lars Von Trier.
So I just came home from taking the injured bird (Baltimore Oriole) to the bird sanctuary. And dad changed his mind about mushroom hunting (we’re looking for morels) because he’s got a busy day ahead.
Watching The Wrong Man.
We’re thinking about getting a new pool this year, but that also means we won’t be able to afford a trip to Disney World this year.
I’ve been thinking it might be a good idea to have a general “Pixar Related Thoughts” thread in the Pixar section, for small things not big enough to get a thread (which might spark up small conversations).
I’m not sure if it’d be considered too similar to this thread or not, though.
Watching Sex, Lies and Videotape.
