What a great movie. I’ll admit, this past Christmas I saw this movie for the first time since I was very little. At first I thought, okay, that was a LITTLE over rated. But then I kept having Feed the Birds in my head, and I started constantly thinking about how much Mary must have loved the children. It must have hurt to lie to them, and then their feelings must have been crushed. And even though the scene where he family reconciles is played upbeat, I actually find it very heart warming. It really is a great movie, and every rewatch, I like it more.
