I still don’t get why she’s always left in the backgroud. It’s not because she’s a woman, because the franchise is notable for its strong female characters. It’s not because she isn’t a bender, because Sokka wasn’t one either and they always knew what to do with him.
I suppose if she has a problem is that she’s practically perfect in every way. There’s not a single flaw in her, which makes difficult to create storylines around her (but that’s why we love her, I suppose). In fact, she’s a better person than anyone else in the Team, and probably in the whole series.
Once again I agree. For the first two seasons I found it difficult to like Korra as a person, because Asami and Lin are much better people than her. They constantly make sacrifices for other people and do what’s right. I believe she does have one flaw, and that is her dependence on a romantic relationship. She is constantly pining for Mako, except for this season(thank God). But she is a wonderful person.
I this book felt short because the first 6 episodes were leaked online. This caused Nick to panic and it almost threatened the premiere of the show.
Yeah, Asami really doesn’t get a lot of focus in the show. The only season that let her shine was the first season (where her father manufactures weapons for the equalists). I hope Book 4 can improve on that.
Granted, she had that problem, but that has apparently ceased. Anyway, she was the wronged part in that whole deal, so I can forgive her involvement with the situation.
Also, this was the first book I’ve seen in it’s release time. I saw all the others together. Can’t wait for Book 4, but then it will all end 
Oh I agree, I am entirely supportive of Asami in that case. Korra was being a right hoe and Mako has no regard for the feelings of others.
I can’t believe summer vacation is ending already…for my mom, that is. (And she’s helping with a preschool thing at one of my former schools this year.)
