On my mind is my big giant (excuse my french) ass literature review. It’s due tomorrow and it’s pretty much done really.
I just want to add a diagram or two to break up the text. I hear at least one every three pages is advisable. Luckily I’ve got it all ready and waiting so off to the library for me soon.

I hate being Ill! And what’s even worse is I have to go to school x
I just found out some pretty incredible news. So from the point when I very first started considering my future (i.e. career, college, etc.), I knew I wanted to return to the city of Chicago no matter what, because that’s my home and I feel like I truly belong there. A few months ago, I finally decided to join the education program at school to study to become an art teacher (K-12). Well, just last week, my Intro to Education professor informed the class that one of the best places to look for teaching jobs, aside from some rural places, are the cities—that includes Chicago! And art teaching jobs are apparently neither in a deficit or surplus, so they’re pretty safe.
The icing on the cake was a visit to the CPS website (Chicago Public Schools). They clearly list starting salaries (which are often around $30k on average, eep!) as $50k. That’s incredible for a new teacher.
