It really is no fun being sick.
I feel better that I’m drawing… especially since I’m drawing outfits. Which isn’t something I normally do, so it’s a challenge. I was listening to the Sherlock Holmes soundtrack on Youtube and my eye caught on a picture of one of the characters wearing a cape, so I thought to myself, hey, Layton would look pretty good in that cape…! So I tried to draw it, and now it looks quite good. 
So I’m feeling very accomplished right now.

Thanks, IV! Actually, I just finished it with the help of Google, who wanted to be my friend for once. xD Normally, it never brings up what I want it to, but today it was nicer to me.
I guess today was just my lucky day…!

Anywho, it is exactly one week until I go to Quebec City, Montreal and Ottawa with my class! Yay!

EJE and TSS: OMG, it’s raining here in Sydney, too! So miserable, it looks like English weather (no offence to the Brits, of course). I think it spells the end of summer here.
So right now I’m thinking ohnoohnoohnoohno, got a lot of assignments hurtling towards me and I still haven’t got my bulletproof jacket of preparation on yet! What the crap.

Taking pictures can be so much fun. I’m not a photographer, But when you take your first amazing, breath taking picture, you can be so proud of yourself.
Got a dress today, to wear to my sister’s graduation, and my own grade 8 “grad”.
Also, even though I promised myself I would save it for my trip to Quebec, I’ve started reading Catching Fire already.
Oh, and the clerk at the Disney Store yesterday told me how awesome she thinks Mr. Pricklepants is when I bought a plushie. Which made me smile.
That’s awesome! Reminds me the time a waiter got caught up in a conversation with me and my friends about Finding Nemo.
