So we know from the trailers that Barbie comes from Mollys room and is also taken to the day care but she is sometimes there and sometimes shes not. For example She is not in the box when its in the car on its way to day care-
But then she is there when the box falls off the shelf in the trailer and she is there meeting the new toys. But then she is not there when they are first seeing the day care
Well one thing I think a lot of people don’t realize is that those first two pics you posted aren’t actually from the movie. Those are just publicity shots, the first one doesn’t even fit into the plot based on what we’ve heard. So that kind of explains why she’s not in those, because she’s not really a part of the gang/main cast.
We dont even know if this Barbie is any of the 3 we saw on toy story 2.
I have a feeling this Barbie joins the gang later, from another home entirely. She’s the most popular girl toy in the world I think, so there could be numerous barbie’s donated to Sunny side already.
Well actually if you watch the trailer she is in th box with the rest of Andy’s toys when it falls off the table in the day care. But the main reason i’m certain she is Molly’s is because there was a description of the clip they showed at some Disney thing where [spoil] Andy’s toys are watching Molly pack up things from her room “eightball, etc.” and Barbie is one of the things Molly puts in the donate box and one of the toys (maybe Jessie) says “poor Barbie” and than Hamm says I call her convertable"[/spoil] I cant remember where I saw this but I know I did.
