Probably not, he’s very attached to his place. He still has a directive, that he only abandons to follow EVE.

I think Wall-E actually takes place around ILLINOIS because when the Axiom is return to earth, they zoom in and sorta fly towards the great lakes. Illinois may have some large cities??
