where the toys too pasive in the movie?

[spoil]When big baby took Buzz and put him in the chair, i was hopping Buzz would free himself and beat big baby and ken, but it didnt happend, so i thought “so, maybe buzz is old , he cant fight anymore”, BUT THEN when he got reseted he strated beating up his friends.

Also after they come out from the incinerator and woody sayed"leave lotso alone, hes not worth it" i was like" Really? he almost kill you! you are not gonna seek revenge?". After all, they DID seek revenge on the prospector.[/spoil]

What do you guys think?

PD: dont get me wrong, this is the best movie to date in my opinion

[spoil]Big Baby is much stronger than Buzz but Buzz is stronger than the other toys. Plus they were surprised that he was attacking them.

They already had the prospector in their grasp. They would have had to find Lotso for payback. They barely got home to Andy as it was.[/spoil]

[spoil]Honestly, if Buzz could even break loose, he would be fighting Twitch, Chunk, Stretch, Sparks, and Big Baby. I don’t include Ken because it’s pretty obvious he wouldn’t help. Buzz knew he wouldn’t be able to fight them all at once. And he still thought Lotso was a nice bear, and was waiting for him to arrive to solve things fairly and peacefully. When he captured the rest of Andy’s toys, to be fair, they probably weren’t exactly great fighters anyway. All their life they’d only been played with - they hadn’t fought before like Lotso’s gang.

Second, Woody probably felt the same way as the audience did - Lotso is so evil he can’t be taught a lesson. Besides, they needed to get back to Andy anyway.[/spoil]

I was honestly surprised that even after Buzz and Woody risked their lives to save Lotso he just left them there to die…what kind of heartless toy is he anyway? I kind of wished Woody just left him to die…although I think it taught the younger audience members a valuable lesson[spoil][/spoil]

Well, i think [spoil] that buzz would be able to take them all, or at least escape, he is faster than any of them[/spoil]

[spoil]Buzz still would be very capable. He may be a little bit rusty due to all his years in the toy chest, but he still knows all of his space ranger martial arts (toys don’t age, either). He could take them, with a certain element of surprise, but I think he was mainly waiting for Lotso.

Getting revenge on Lotso, like it’s been established would have been too inconvenient for their main goal. Besides, Lotso got his due, and if the toys followed him, who knows what would happen?[/spoil]

Toys can age in that they can acquire rust damage or joints can wear out.

Yeah, but in this case, they were well-maintained [spoil]besides, Buzz pretty much proves that isn’t the case anyways.[/spoil] Woody, out of everyone, would be the best arguement for the age issue, he’s older than everyone else, and hasn’t showed signs of slowing down.
