I’ve seen that movie, pretty bad. I remember this weird alien hung around with the humans robot.
Definitely Shrek The Third. Although, I did like Chicken Little, Hoodwinked (although the scene with the wolf wearing the granny mask scared the crap out of me and gave me nightmares when Nickelodeon showed the first five minutes of the movie), Space Jam, Shark Tale (I remember liking it, but it’s been ages since I’ve seen it), and Barnyard ( I freaking LOVE this movie, the show is pretty good too).
Chicken Little was very bad–probably the worst Disney animated film. But I wouldn’t say it’s the worst animated film.
I think the Disney films were horrible right before Eisner stepped down as CCO of the company. Films like Brother Bear, Home on the Range and Chicken Little were terrible. Since Lasseter took over, I believe we might be going through the third Disney Renaissance.
If hybrids can count, the worst animated film I saw is Cool World. That film is pretty much a prime example on why you shouldn’t pitch adult(referring to PG13 and R rated toons) to the studios. To this day I feel sorry for Ralph Bakshi for being screwed with by Paramount. This film is just a imitation of Roger Rabbit, and it aint hard to see why. The story was a complete mess, and to this day I’m not pitching anything to Paramount if I work in the animation industry. The horror concept that Bakshi had in mind would have been a better film than this Roger Rabbit wannabe film!
I agree that it is the worst in the Disney canon. Personally, it is one of my least favorite films of all time.
Lol, I’ve tried watching Planet 51 twice, and both times I fell asleep
Awesome. I almost did, but I kept thinking, “No. I have to finish this ridiculous turd of a film so I don’t have to re-watch it.”
Has anyone ever seen any of the Titinic animated movies?
I’ve seen the Nostalgia Critic reviews of the Titanic ones. Awful, awful, offensive movies those are. I mean, a rapping dog??? In 1912??? Those are probably up there in terms of bad animated movies.
That’s wear I learned about them. One is on Youtube. The one were the ladie talks to animals.
*Planet 51
*Meet the Robinsons
*Happy Feet
I can’t stand them.
Heres some more I probably haven’t mentioned.
Home on the Range
Monsters vs Aliens
Pocahanotas
Alpha & Omega
Happily N’ever After
I just remembered a few more, prepare your barf bags.
Tom and Jerry the movie
Don Bluth’s Thumbleina
Happy Feet
Shark Tale
Home on the Range
Shrek the 3rd
I see some…interesting choices there.
Although I didn’t like Happy Feet it wasn’t that terrible. I don’t think it deserved best animated film for 2006.
Well, it was a better movie than Cars. Which isn’t saying much, but someone had to win. Perhaps Over the Hedge should have won. I don’t know if it is better than HF or not.
I don’t know for sure. I haven’t seen Over the Hedge in quite some time but I remember it being just an average DW’s film. It’s probably just my hatrid torwards mo-cap since I don’t think it’s true animation.
Happy Feet to me was okay. I was surprsied it beat Cars. I think KFP2 will beat Cars 2.
I agree. I think this might be the year DW’s finally beats Pixar.
