Which Pixar Character Are You Most Like?

The title says it all: Which character(s) – in any given Pixar film – do you most resemble?

Are you shy and unconfident like Violet, or inventive and out-spoken like Flik? Does your favorite hobby involve

cooking meals in the kitchen…or fighting crime in your own backyard?

I thought this would kind of be

fun…just to see which Pixar character everyone on this forum board is like. I didn’t make a poll out of this

because I simply can’t include very single character. (snigger)

You can list more than one character you

are most like, if you wish.

Who I most

resemble:

Flik - I’m a sucker for inventing new things,

although the fact that I stand out among my fellow peers may make others perceive me as kind of an oddball.

Mike Wazowski - Everything has to be fast-paced and precise, and if

something is out of wack…I go ballistic. I have a knack for “add-libbing” and making stuff up at the

last possible moment. I’m also pretty short compared to my friends and family

members…

Marlin - As long as everything is in order…I’m fine. When

something goes wrong…I panic. It takes me some time to calm down from all the tension, but when I do…people

see me as a kind-hearted and generally funny individual.

Crush and Dory - I

love to have fun and will make a joke out of anything if I can. Life is meant to be a breeze…and that’s how I

like (or would want to) live it. No matter how odd or mean a person is to me, I will always be nice to them

anyway.

Violet - I’m extremely shy and will avoid expressing myself in

public at all costs unless it is absolutely necessary.

Lightning McQueen - I

love to live in the fast lane – everything has to be quick, quick quick and

right now. (I’ll even time myself when I do daily activities…just to see if I can

improve my score.) Although I like to run in circles, I will slow down and smell the roses at times, too.

Remy - My friends and family sometimes don’t understand my passion for

certain things, and quite a few people think that I’m “weird”…even though they admit that I’m quite

talented in certain things.

I also think that I kind of look like Remy in some ways…though I don’t

know why. (snigger)

And now…it’s your turn.

Mixture of Sally and Violet.

Sally:I’m very

firm, and I just have a personallity like sally.

Violet:Vey shy when it comes to crushes.

:unamused:

I am a real

life Violet. My shyness overcomes my confidence, though I try to combat it. Sometimes I don’t know what I’m

really capable of. I could probably work wonders if I used my talents to their full

potential.

~~=oP

PixarVixen - Really? You never seem that shy to me here online, although…I guess

when you’re not looking directly at someone when you “talk” to them it kind of eases the tension a

little bit.

I find I’m more confident when sending messages back and forth to people on the internet

because I can’t see their faces. Kind of freaky, actually…

I’m most like Sully from Monsters Inc., and Rex from the Toy

Story series.

Sully - Mainly because I just want everyone to

get along. I’m also fairly good at everything I do, but I really don’t have many friends. I like School, (

:unamused: ) so I’m kinda like Sully working out and practicing scaring all the time.

Rex - I think I’m like Rex because I feel like sometimes I’m not living up

to my potential. And I do things that are just so embarrising, it’s not even funny. (Like Rex trying to

scare Woody, but Woody hardly even noticing)

So, well, there you have it! I now I sound like a depressed

teenager, but really I’m not. I just can’t seem to make my way socially.

It’s a good topic,

Mitch.

I am the most like Violet. I used to be shy and insecure.

All I needed was an outlet. And bam! I became more confident. But in addition to her, I am a lot like th other

Incredibles characters too.

Me ? Gee , I’m not anything like a character . I guess

I’m kind of like Sally , since I really just need to find the town where I belong , and if I’m lucky , that

little town’s on Route 66 , just like her’s . And then i’m forgetful like Dory .

Hmm…Well, I’m a bit like-

Woody- Woody does get along with most people,

and he’s happy when he’s the centre of attention, much as I do (though I don’t really like to admit it.) He

gets jealous very easily, and that’s another thing we share.

Mike- I hate

Mike. Seriously, seriously hate him. But we do have a few things in common; he can be quite cocky, and he gets

along with most people even if he doesn’t like them, because he’s happy to blatantly lie to somebody’s face

and won’t regret it.

Randall- Outwardly, I don’t seem very much like

Randall, but we both have a very short temper and he is so, SO determined to be the best, as am I (even if we

never actually make it and end up getting ‘banished’, so to speak, instead.)

It’s very hard to match

your own personality to just a few characters, though. Most characters kind of have a single dominating aspect of

their personality, which makes them more easily identifyable for children, but as real people, we obviously have

many layers to our personalities. Pixar’s pretty unique with creating characters, though, since they always seem

to be more real than any other characters from any other films!

Flik- because I stand out in the crowd and people think I’m

crazy.

Randall- because I have a short temper at times and I’m competitive

at times, when I’m good at something.

Bubbles- because if you give me an

energy drink, sugar, or a latte, and put me with my brother or my best friend or any of my close friends- I act A

LOT like him.

Fillmore- because I’m all for the ‘make love not war’

thing, and I discovered I am indeed a hippie.

Syndrome- because I’m a red

head and I’m moody.

Slinky- because I look for the good in my friends when

everyone else turns against them.

Me? Mr

Incredible.

There are plenty of similarities:

I’m not as young as I used to be.

I work in

insurance (often daydreaming about more exiting things!).

I’m not fat, but I have a few extra pounds

than when I was eighteen!

I’m married to a fiesty red-head, and I have a son not too disimilar from

Dash.

I look rubbish in tights.

My wife nags me when I don’t listen to her.

Only problem

is- I can’t bench press and express train or beat up robots. Bugger!

Well let’s see I am always speeding, I hang out with all my car club buddies every

weekend and like to trick out my car

So I would say Wingo is a pretty good representation of me

Hmm, that’s kinda tough… -ponders- Okay, I’m like the following (each for seperate

ways):

Slinky - I find myself to be quite loyal to my closest

friends.

Princess Atta - I’m an old worryguts.

Violet - I’m DEFINITELY like her, since I’m shy and rather unsure of

things (and kinda moody at times too). Plus, I have a weird habit of hiding my face with my hair. :stuck_out_tongue:

Guido - I’m a perfectionist and I’m dedicated to my

work.

Ramone- I’m artistic. Plus, I’m drawing on myself half the time…

xD

I find myself attracted to almost all of the characters.

Although most of my Incredibles fanfics have been about Violet (and recently her and Helen), the music videos I

make are a tribute to everyone. That is how connected I am. In addtion, I have merchandise of every character in

a somewhat equal distribution.

I would say Sally. I’ve kinda lived most of my life being stressed out… and

Sally has that feel like she’s worn out a bit. Like her, there are moments where I just leave everything and

have a good time and enjoy the short periods where I have nothing to worry about.

I would have to say
Violet: as alot of people have

already said, for her shyness but also for her relationship with Dash. I fight with my brother one moment,

getting along the next. Gereral love/hate thing. I also used to dress in alot of baggy clothes and hide behind my

hair in highschool. I actully still do wear alot of baggy clothes but then again I wear alot of hand me downs

XD

Red: again for shyness but to the point where I can’t speak or am

inaudible. I’m also known to burst into tears for inexplicable

reasons.

Jesse: now for some positives! When I’m comfortable I can be really

loud, and excitable and fun.
And I can relate to how she felt about losing Emily (it was Emily right?).

and Boo: cute, naive, loves sulley, mischievous, giggly, troublesome and I

would follow a trail of sugary breakfast ceral to almost anywhere

OMG, hands

down i am totally like Marlin! I worry about so many things so much, when I saw the movie I was like "it’s

like they really know me!" I use those lines “I’m feeling happy which is a big deal for me” and

“how do you know something bad isnt gonna happen?” all the time. Plus I love the bit where Dory goes

“it’s alright, it’ll be okay” and Marlin says “No, no, it wont” So yeah i guess I’m a bit

of a pessimist and a big time worry-er :stuck_out_tongue:

well… for me, it’s probably lighning

mcqueen. like him, i also got lost some time and had to find a new way. like him, i also had to

learn that life is not only speed, not only living on the fast track, not only craving for succes, but that

slowing down is worthwile and has its merits, and, moreover, it’s also important! i had to learn that the things

that truly make life enjoyable can only be found by “slowing down” and “letting go”. so the

“cup” theory is also very true for me!
