Yeah, Nicki Manaj is a female rap artist. SHe is most noticably on Bottoms Up, Bedrock, and other songs that my friends constantly listen to.
Yeah, I haven’t heard any of those songs. 
I don’t listen to R&B or rap.
Oh I love R&B and rap. In fact, my favorite rap celebs include eminem, jay-z, dr. dre, and much more.

I’m afraid I only really listen to Classical, movie scores, and some Christian. I really can’t stand rap or any country except Taylor Swift and johnny Cash.
I’ve never heard her music, but I kind of like Taylor Swift. She looks like a sweet girl, and one who doesn’t like scandals, which is always good.
^ I love Taylor Swift!! She’s pretty, donates loads to charity, and, as you said, doesn’t cause a lot of scandal. And, she wears clothes. Most female celebrities don’t dress very conservatively, and I love her for covering herself. Would you like to hear her music, or are you uninterested? I also admire her artistic integrity for writing her own songs, and keeping them clean.
I agree. I actually have a lot of respect for Taylor Swift, and I’ve probably only heard a couple of her songs. It’s true what you said, IV, a lot of the female celebrities/singers over here don’t dress too…conservatively. 
It’s a shame, and personally embarrassing to me. I also have a lot of respect for Ellie Goulding, but she’s not American, is she?
leirin, I love Taylor Swift. She is not only beautiful, but she is actually one of the very few artists taht I can stand and tolerate on the radio. Her voice is so natural.

I agree. I prefer it when singers use their natural voices instead of placing a million effects on it to make it sound “better”. I respect autotune as an effect when needed to match the music, but these days, everyone uses it when it should not be used, or to aid off-key singing. It’s embarrassing. 
Really, Leirin? I think you should hear more of her songs. I may be biased, but I think most of her songs are good. I love that she writes them herself.

I like Taylor Swift too. She’s pretty and stays out of trouble. She may not be as interesting as, let’s say Lady Gaga, but I still like to hear what she’s up to. Her music is alright, she kind of writes about the same things, I’d like to hear her branch out.

I don’t like Lady Gaga’s fashion or escapades, but I still think she’s more interesting to hear about than Taylor Swift, because she’s so eccentric and unique.
I don’t listen to Taylor Swift music, but I respect her, even more since the unfortunate events at the VMA 09, in which her award moment was ruined by Kanye West
