Thanks Vi! I really like your avatar, though I never would have noticed the writing on her forehead if Thedriveintheater didn’t point it out I also really like Mitch’s, Russel is so cute when he’s scared!
Mitch - Haha! You Russell adorer! When I saw the photo, I just went “Yep, that’s my new avatar!”. Thanks!
It’s hard to agree on an avatar, I must admit. Been swapping every 4-5 days for the past couple of weeks.
Thanks, woody! Yeah, I know the writing’s a little hard to read. The original image was a little bigger than that though. If I knew I was gonna turn it into an avatar, I probably would’ve left the word “Invisible” out.
woody - Thanks! Russell is cute no matter what he’s doing. Heheh.
Phileas - Ha! Yeah, I probably would have worn that one if you hadn’t gotten to it first. I think it really does fit you better, though.
– Mitch
Mitch: Thanks! I feel as playful as the Aristocat kittens sometimes…“We were just practicing our biting and clawing.” “Aristocats do not practice biting and clawing and things like that- it’s just horrible!” “Well, she started it.” “Ladies do not start fights but they can finish them.” They’re really cute kittens.
I like yours, too, Mitch! I gotta admit, Russel is kinda appealing to me now. I can see you and Phileas have growing Upidosis! Nice avatars, guys! (I smiled upon reading your locations, too, both of you.)
Violet Parr herself has a nice avatar, too! It’s a simple but great avatar of Vi. Kinda like an alternate-self-portrait, I guess you could say.
woody has a cute one, easily likable. Go Bullseye!
Abbervail Dream has a very lovely one, it’s quite eye-catching.
Not to mention thedriveintheatre has fantastic Pixar vs. Dreamworks promo avvies.
Great avatars, you guys!
Thanks, BDD! Your new one’s really cute too.
I like to stick with my Violet avatars because I think it makes me feel more “in-character.” And, oh, how I love those in-character moments.
Thanks Bright Dot Dasher! I too love the classic Disney avatars you wear
bright dot-dasher - You’re welcome, and thank you!
You sure have got the dialogue from The Aristocats down. My sister and I love that movie, as well. We used to play as the kittens all the time – she was Marie and I was Berlioz.
Thanks, again! Your location is neat, as well. “Beyond the Vanishing Point of Pictures”. It reminds me of Alice in Wonderland.
– Mitch
Thanks BDD! I was gonna comment on your Aristocats avatar too. I remember watching that film a lot when I was a kid too! I remember my siblings and I would pick each of the kitten to represent ourselves, my kitten’s the black one, Berlioz, the ‘by-the-books’ guy. My bro always likes to pick the ‘cooler’ characters, so he went with Toulouse the orange. Which left my sis to pick the snooty Marie. Ah good times, good times.
O’Malley reminds me of Roger from Oliver & Company, streetwise fella who shows our protagonists the ‘ropes’.
And ‘Everybody wants to be a cat’ was one of my favourite song and dance numbers ever, I remember humming that scene after the many viewings. My sibs and I got a huge kick out of Toulouse’s footnote ‘Oh… yeah…’ after singing the song to sleep.
I love TDIT’s new avvie , even though I don’t quite get the pun
It’s not so much a pun as an obscure film trope.
Watch THIS. Warning: One or two strong swear words used, but should be fine if you’re above 13. Otherwise, just search [spoil]‘Big Lipped Alligator Moment’[/spoil].
Haha that was hilarious! now that I get it, your avatar is pretty funny
Violet Parr: I love your new avatar. Any particular reason why you decided to put it in black and white?
Thanks, TSS ! No, not really. I was just experimenting. I tried it in black and white and I just thought it looked good.
Violet Parr - I absolutely love your latest avatar. Of course, I’m a bit of a sucker for monochromatic graphics, so that probably has something to do with it.
– Mitch
Violet Parr: Oh, okay.
It looks amazingly outstanding in black in white, Violet Parr! I don’t know how, but black and white really brings out something bold about the character.
I really love your new avatar thedriveintheatre Did you draw that yourself?
Mitch- Thanks . I too like how it turned out in black and white. But I’ve changed it yet again, so let me know what you think.
The Star Swordsman-Thanks again. What do you think of my new one?
bright dot-dasher- Thanks. It really does bring out something wonderful about the character, doesn’t it?
woody- Yours is really cute. “Turn your butt off!” That’s hilarious!
Thanks Violet yours is also very touching, I like how your signature and your avatar match. very creative
