Who has the best Signature?

Yes! Flameo, my good Hotman! 8D

Yes, precious. They’re so squisy and adorable.

Haha, that’s why I like the picture too, it does kinda show their personalities! It wasn’t my screencap grab though, I wish it was! XD

I need to make an Avatar sig, I never have. I have never made a Cars sig as well, and I’ve been here for 3 and a half years. In Augest I’ll be posting my 100th sig, it’s already made.

Cool! I just recently really got into Avatar. I’m not sure If I ever had a Cars signature.

IV: I support Suki/Sokka and Zuko/Mai!!!

Me too! I love them. <3 And Katara/Aang. Aang is so cute.

This sig is just a remake of a sig from last year or so, not much to say about it.

Flynn! <3

LQ’s rockin’ the Pixar directorrrrrs
XD The avatar/sig combo looks epic!

Thank you OWP!

That’s awesome LQ! I think I had a photo of all the Pixar directors a long time ago, but it’s surely outdated now.

Thanks! These are all from different years, I had to find links that weren’t over 500 characters long. Where would I be without all of these guys - and gal- ?

This sig is about the lack of creativity in sigs. It seem’s to me that the sigs aren’t as creative as they used to be. A lot of members just put one picture up that they didin’t even edit, which is kind of disapointing. There are still some creative ones, but I don’t find myself as impressed as I used to be, except for the people who always made crative sigs such as Grace, Virginia, Lerin, and the Spirits. When you make a sig you’re suppose to express yourself, that’s that an artist does! I know your guys are creative people and that you can make impressive sigs the just a picture. So express yourself and show who you are!

^ I used to be pretty avid with the avvie and siggy making, and always wore my own original stuff, but I just haven’t had as much time for that stuff these days with work and trying to devote myself to art in the spare time that I do have aside from work. I don’t think it’s necessarily a lack of creativity, but possibly a lack of time on the hands of our members. I know that’s really one of the biggest reasons why I haven’t been able to contribute as much as I used to to the PP community. I find sometimes it’s just more convenient for me to find something I like, maybe spruce it up a bit in Photoshop, and slap it on. It really has nothing to do with not wanting to make graphics or anything like that.

little chef

Man I remember back in the day I used to go all out for my sigs. I’d edit pictures and splice them together with blended edges, glowing text and pixie dust ta-boot. Back then I did all sorts of stuff. Avs, sigs, userpage backgrounds, banners, VMK character edits (if anyone here played that game fistbump) Those were the days
 Well
those were also the days I rarely left the house xD I’d like to call myself “lazy” as far as graphics making goes, but really I just have a life.

Right now the sig that LQstudiesPixar is rocking is one of my favs. Frankly I’m surprised that much awesomeness is able to be contained within one signature/avatar without the internet imploding :stuck_out_tongue:

I wish I had photoshop. My graphics are always sloppy and cheap because I have to edit in paint. They never have that professional look some of you guys seem to get.

Thanks, Scarricature!

Actually, I’m not sure how to make my own sig. All I can do is find pictures that represent people or things or movies I like. Sometimes I can put several pictures up like on this one, but I would probably make bad sigs on my own anyway.

Yeah, I do that. Sometimes I use text in paint.

And not that it’s a requirement to know how to work with graphics.

Exactly, Spirit of Adventure, its more about the idea behind it than the bells and whistles used.
I think that if portrays your genuine enthusiasm and passion for something, that is what makes it great.

IncredigirlVirginia, everyone starts somewhere, and Photoshop us ungodly expensive. The only reason I have it is because when I was in school my parents purchased the student discount package of Adobe Suite because I needed it for my art and graphic design class and I still use the same computer. If you want to use something that is more in-between Paint and Photoshop, have you heard of GIMP? Its a little simpler than photoshop but it has a lot more tools and functions than Paint giving you more freedom and possibilities. A few of my friends that are into graphic design worked with that before Photoshop. The best part is that its free! Here’s the link: gimp.org/downloads/ There are loads of tutorials online for it as well because its a very popular program. If you’re frustrated with how limiting Paint is, then it might be a good fit.
