Just wanna give a shoutout to SoA’s Into Darkness sig, which features one of my favourite visual effects, burning sparks! Also one of the greatest movies this year so far. So proud to have reviewed it, Abrams really knocked it out of the park again.

I’ll probably write a review of the pilot when I can find the time. Needless to say, I have high hopes for this new Disney Channel show (plus, it’s by Craig McCracken, who most of you guys would know is an animation legend).

^I saw what was considered a “sneak preview” of WoY on Disney Channel a few weeks ago, after the most recent Phineas and Ferb special. And yeah, I’m highly looking forward to the offical first episode… though I can’t believe I have to wait an entire week until it airs! Oh well, I’m glad to have you and K9Girl as fellow Wander fans here! So yeah, whoever made that gif deserves a round of applause Not to mention Mr. McCracken himself!
Actually, the first 2 episodes are free on iTunes for a while, at least in the USA. Glad to know a couple of other fans, too!
OWP: By Phineas and Ferb special, are you referring to Mission Marvel? I’m so excited to see that, though sadly my family doesn’t subscribe to Disney Channel on cable. 
I saw ads for it at a Marvel fan preview I attended yesterday, though. It looks awesome!

^Yeah, it was Mission Marvel! And it was great! I still have to catch up a lot when it comes to Marvel stuff, but it was still awesome!
And thank you, TDIT for wearing a Planes sig… I still want to use some sort of Planes sig or avvie, but I’m a bit scared of facing the wrath of the not-so-open-to-spinoffs Pixar fans… well, it’s my choice so I shouldn’t really worry about it

I actually really like the one you have of Planes, TDIT, and I read your review, which was well-thought out in my opinion! ObsessedWithPixar, I say you should make a Planes sig if that’s what you want to do. It’s not bad. I know where some are coming from with not wanting to see it. Even I wasn’t totally sure I would see it. Surprisingly though, my parents were eager to see it, so we went and we liked it. I think they even enjoyed it more than I did, which is my fault considering I read too much into some of the reaction right before seeing it. I think I’ll really enjoy it on a re-watch. It’s on my Christmas list along with Despicable Me 2 (I’m getting Monsters University the day it comes in case you were confused). 
And thanks for complimenting my sig, OWP! I’m thinking of doing more Pixar-employee or Disney-related sigs possibly.
OWP: Oh maaaan… I so wish I had Disney Channel on my cable! I suppose it’s off to torrents and YouTube for me.
When you mean you’re out of date with regard to Marvel stuff, do you mean their movies? If so, which ones have you not seen? Maybe I could recommend which are worth viewing in my opinion.
And don’t fear the spinoff gripers! Just think: What Would Dusty Do?
Does he care what haters think about him? No! He just wants to be the best darn plane he can be!
So if you love something that makes you happy and is not evil or anything, go ahead and share what you think about it with the rest of the world!

I went into Planes without reading a single review, although I was aware it was critically panned. I just psyched myself: If it’s good, great. If it’s not good, it’ll just be a “donation” towards Disney and I can gripe about it later on the forums or Facebook.
I just went in prepared for the worst and hoping for the best. And it turned out it met my expectations, along with a few pleasant surprises [spoil](like El Chupacabra serenading Rochelle by the balcony)[/spoil]. I had a great time, I am not ashamed about it.
I posted my review in a Facebook group and someone said something along the lines of “Disney do you have no shame?” and I just shrugged it off with a “Gotta sell merch” retort.
Always gonna be haters in this world. But all that matters is what you think about something, and what are you going to do about it.
Do more sigs! I love your Bob Peterson avatar-sig combo, I can imagine Brad Bird/Edna Moe or Elissa Knight/Eve combos in the future.
TDIT: Thanks. And I’ll be fair, I don’t think everyone involved in the reaction is a hater. Like, if they just said, “Um, I think I’ll pass,” that’s fine because they didn’t go on about it, even I wasn’t sure if I would go at first. Or “It was just okay” or “not that great”, are fine too because those are genuine opinions not overdone. But when the full-on dislike doesn’t stop long after the movie’s come out, that’s when I think it gets old and boring, and I’d rather people talk about something else they look forward to instead. I just ignore those comments now, though. 
I definitely think more Pixar employee sigs could be cool. I wonder who’s next in line.
I appreciate the understanding, LQ and TDIT, and I’m quite glad to hear you guys liked it, too! I know not everyone dislikes it (I mean, just look at how many FB likes it has!) and I doubt that anyone would really hate on me for loving it and wearing a sig or something. I think the real trick right now is finding something. And yeah, I really don’t care what people think, I’ll thumbs-up Planes forever Oh, and by “being behind on Marvel”, that means I actually haven’t watched… uh… any movies or animated series, but I’ve wanted to for a while, and P&FMM made me want to do it even more! Hopefully I’ll catch them soon!
