You’ve got a pretty sweet sig there, yourself. I haven’t seen that movie yet (is it Totoro?), but I really need to borrow my sister’s copy someday. I’ve also taken a look at your Nippon Fever website advertised in your signature, when you first joined here. Thanks for the suggestions! (I’ve already seen Orange Days, and I’ll take your other recommendations soon.)

I’m gonna be wearing the “Unique as a Snowflake” sig again for some more days. Then, I guess I’ll go into a change. I would like to thank thedriveintheatre for making the sig requests possible and for giving me the oppurtunity to wear them. I think they look so splendid that I’ll definitely wear them again another time as well.

Sorry if I’m a little slow posting my Dark Droid sigs… I take things day by day, so I haven’t even completed the next sig! Take it as a new sig every alternate day (that way, each gets more exposure! :wink:). Hope you guys like ‘Police Commisioner M-O’ here…

That’s really cute, thedriveintheatre. I don’t know who James Gordon is, but that red siren light is genius in picking him for the part of a police officer. I’ve been waiting for you to post all of your sigs in your graphics thread before I make a comment on them, BTW. :wink:

I changed mine with classic Disney for Chinese New Year, because these characters are Asian. (Mushu, The Siamese Cats, even though cats weren’t in the Chinese Zodiac, but they were supposed to be, anyway). They are avatar sized, because I can’t just switch my avatar after one day!

I found this absolutely perfect Stitch one where Stitch is dressed up for Chinese New Year, but…grrrr…it seems that the images of Stitch won’t show.

Rachel - James Gordon is one of the trifecta of justice (the other two being Harvey Dent and Batman) in The Dark Knight. He was a Lieutenant in the first film, but was promoted to Commisioner. He plays a pretty important role in the final scenes, and does the fantastic closing monologue from which the title is derived from. I thought M-O suited Gordon’s character because he’s the ‘straight-man’ and the least unhinged among the trio, and is Batman’s ‘partner in crime’ (they frequently collaborate on solving cases together, Batman does his vigilante smackdowns, while Gordon handles the paperwork), so M-O is similar in the sense that he is Wall-E’s buddy and they both ‘clean’ the environment, but in different ways (disinfecting surfaces as opposed to compacting trash). And also because of his little ‘police siren’. :smiley: Oh, and I’ll post the archive of all the sigs for posterity soon, sometime today or tomorrow.

BDD - Thanks! It’s been ages since I saw Lady or Mulan! Funny, I remember hating the Siamese cats when I was little, they were so mean to Lady, not to mention annoying when they crooned that song! Guess the animators did their job then! And Murphy as Mushu was super wicked awesome cool! He had a lot of funny quotes, I’ve got to go dig 'em up… Oh, and I really want to see the Stitch pic! Too bad the link downloads a file which my computer doesn’t know which program to use to open! Man, that can be so annoying! :stuck_out_tongue:

little_chef_eva09: I like it! I think Linguini must be one of the most naive Pixar characters (next to Wall-E). He’s about as harmless as a plate of spaghetti… or linguini.

I am the queen of “tribute” avvie and siggys. I decided to change both of mine to pics of Brandon McCrea… :smiley: My new favorite character…:slight_smile: (still doesn’t take Alfredo’s place, though. <3 That kid has a permanent and special place in my heart that no one can take!)
