Why won't winter end?!!!

My tortoise is busy getting ready for a party we have to do .

Yeah , it’s so warm where I am , it’s too hot for a jacket .

Tomorrow is 78 degree weather where I live! Woo!

Well, USUALLY it’s not very warm at all in the summer- we might have a good two or three weeks, but that’s about it. But last year, we had a heat wave for two months. But hey, it was in July, and I personally live right in the south of England, where it’s usually fairly warmer anyway.

The weird thing is, we’ve been having our heatwave temperatures that we had in July of last year in the past two weeks- i.e. in April. This is meant to be a cloudy, showery time of year, not blue skies and suffocating heat! It’s so strange.

?ja!

How hot are these month’s days currently in over there in South England, in C?

I remember it had snowed here significantly in December of 2004. And the most strange thing about it was that it had snowed on the Eve of Christmas Day at night where we had received about 5 in. total of snow.
Many people around here and in parts south into Mexico territory, had never seen snow in their entire lives.
Normally, snow and all types of frozen preciptation is rare here. But according to weather history around here, it had been over 100 years since the last time this land had ever seen real snow!

coming from the other side of the world, I am sitting here going why won’t summer end?!?

DD- It’s been around 23 degrees, and usually it’s about 10.

(Haha) That’s pretty funny!

Funny to think about, actually…for instance, some people have Christmas in the summer! That’s just odd…

Indeed very odd, while you have nice hot meals we eat salad and cold meat

And yet!
We still sing songs about white christmas’s
hehe

Summer has officially started right now where I live. It just got a little hotter than usual.
