Why are old posts showing up all the time? Is it just to view the old ones to make sure more people see them?

New members join constantly, and when they begin new threads, they don’t have a clue as to what we’ve discussed in the past, unless they’ve browsed our archives. The continual reappearances of certain topics may be annoying, but newbies should have a chance to express themselves, even if it requires raising a topic from the dead. Heheh.

Yeah that happens a lot at the other forum I’m at (beatlelinks). A lot of new people have joined recently so some topics are being resurrected from even 5 or 6 years ago because the newbies find them and reply to them.
