World Series 2006

Game 3 of the World Series is on tonight!

Yay! Cards win game three!

The Cards lead the series 2-1.

I hope the Detroit Tigers win.

I’m happy too.

Game 4 of the WS got rained out last night so the game will be tonight.

I’ve been hearing about bad weather lately. This happened a

lot in the Mets game as well. Let’s hope it won’t continue. I’m going to the gym tonight to watch the game

(since I don’t have cable here… heh). Good motivation to work out.

When it rains, here is what I

believe. Just play. A little mud and a little rain won’t hurt. Then again, I have been watching too much

football.

A little

rain isn’t bad, I suppose. However, it poured. They wouldn’t have been able to

play.

Yay for a Cardinals win!

St. Louis won game 4 of the WS 5-4. St.

Louis is still leading the series 3-1. One more win for ST. Louis and they will win the WS!

Game 5 will

be on tonight weather permitting.

ST. Louis

Cardinals won the series 4-1, so they have won the World Series!

Congratulations to

ST. Louis!

No i want the Tigers to win.

Now that’s what I’m talkin about! Go Cardinals! What a great night!

I’m happy the Cards won. At the same time, I fell sad for the other team. They

played so hard, just to end up losing? That hurts. My heart goes out to the Tigers.

In addition, people in

my choir class love the Tigers. I was the only odd man out. So now that they lost, I bet my friends ar very

upset. I hope I see you guys again. I’m so afraid for my life now. :shake:

Haha, I hope you’ll get out of that class with your life.

But it’s

difficult for me to feel sorry for the Tigers… they made a lot of terrible mistakes that cost them greatly.

They’ve really got to make sure those kinds of things don’t happen again if they ever make it to the finals

again, because those kinds of things are one of the reasons the Cardinals won the World Series.

Ahhh, sadness swept over the

land. I really wanted the Tigers to win; it would have been an awesome come-from-behind story. And frankly,

I’m proud of them for making it as far as they did. Game four especially was really exciting to watch (and I

use the term “watch” fairly loosely, as all we had available was the mlb.com Gameday interface), and

they made the Cards earn it.

This was their first World Series since I was born, and that’s something

awesome in and of itself.
