Your DVD Collection

I know you did too David
I’d love to see some others.

I need to post a new one. Got new DVD’s on Christmas and some after.

I haven’t yet, but I might do so.

Maybe I’ll take some pics tomorrow once the sun is up. You can see what a geek I am.

If you saw the old photo you will see my collection is small.

I remember the old photo^^.

Good. I’ll try to post a new photo soon.

Here are clickable thumbnails of my animation DVD collection. It was hard to take good pictures because there’s almost no direct sunlight (the sky is completely white from snow!) and I didn’t feel like setting up my tripod. The animation is in categories, mainly by studio, and I put them in chronological order most of the time.

My steelbooks! <3

My foreign live-action films, organized by region or country. I don’t have pictures of my American live-action DVDs because half of them are at home and I don’t think they’re that important, anyway. 8D

Nice. You have more DVDs then I do.

Great collection! They look very nice in the way you organized them.

queen_of_painting: I am so jealous of your WALL-E and Ratatouille steelbooks. So. Jealous. :')

little chef

I’m so ever so jealous of your Totoro mercy, q_o_p! And is that the fruit tin from Grave of the Fireflies too?
Nonetheless, I feel happy looking at your awesome collection of animated films!

q_o_p: Wow, those collector edition cases look insanely cool, especially the Tarzan one!

Okay. I give up. What’s a steelbook?

Anybody have any DVDs on their want-list? I plan to get Puss in Boots when it gets released February 24th.

A ton.

Yep! Casablanca, The Muppets, and Chaplin.

Best Buy releases them as a special sort of collector thing. The inside discs are exactly the same, but the cover is about twice as thick as a regular blu-ray case and it’s made out of some metallic/metal material that looks sleek and pretty.

Weird, I thought I posted a picture of my collector’s edition DVDs, but I guess not.

Yes, I bought it in Tokyo! There’s a dollar store chain there that carries the fruit candy shown in the film. They actually taste pretty good. I admit I ate them all and didn’t think to buy more.

I have lots of movies on my to-buy list, but I would say that the highest ones are Hugo, The Incredibles, and Cars 2. All on blu-ray. I’d like to buy those before the end of the semester (I don’t have a lot of money to throw around yet).

I want to get Cars 2, The Superman Collection 1978-2006 Blu-Ray Box Set and Tangled are the highest on my list.
