I think I only have: The Lion King, The Lion King 2, The Lion King 3, Tarzan and Tarzan 2. I have a few others recorded from T.V and put on DVD+R or DVD-R, though.
I have some old Disney classics on VHS, but that’s about it.
I have some of my old VHS’s. It’s on my collection list.
When I was in high school, I was that weird kid who, instead of spending money on nice clothes, a cell phone, a car, or a fancy iPod, I spent that money on animated movies on DVD, especially from Disney.
Expect some sort of update on my collection after Christmas.
I think all os uss will have an update.
I usually get around 10 new movies each Christmas. The only downside to this year is that my blu-ray player is back at school, so I won’t be able to watch any of the blu-rays for a few weeks.
My brother was a PS3 so that’s what I will use Blu Rays for and my T.V. has a DVD player in it.
Yes, I defintely appriciate all the Golden Age of Hollywood references.
Every year we usually get the newest Pixar movie on DVD, but my siblings and I didn’t request it, so I doubt we’ll get Cars 2. I asked for Little Miss Sunshine.
I still need to get Cars 2.
I’m going to update my list later. Got plenty of DVD’s plus my first Blu-Ray.
Here’s my Christmas update. Bold means’s it’s new.

While I’m honestly very happy with all of my gifts, I get the feeling that my parents/boyfriend don’t believe me when I say that animated movies on DVD/blu-ray make me happier than most other purchased gifts (also: homemade cookies, but no one’s done that yet ), because the number I received this year is very small compared to previous years. Maybe they think it’s too predictable, but hey, they make me happy. Guess I’ll hafta buy 'em on my own sometime.
The highest on my shopping list are:
Cars 2 blu-ray
The Incredibles blu-ray
Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind blu-ray
5 seasons of “Seinfeld” I don’t have
I’ve got The Incredibles Blu-Ray and it is definitely worth getting. I still need to get Cars 2 and Seinfeld is a really funny show.
I didn’t get any DVD’s this year, but I did get money to buy new ones.
