Am I the only non-fan

Oh I am SO telling Dash to visit this thread.

I

just don’t get it. What is so appealing to a man about an elastic woman? :stuck_out_tongue:

8D

~~=oP

PV :

No clue what’s so

attracting about a woman that acts like a rubber band … maybe becuase she can shrink and grow anywher she wants

. If the dude’s shorter that her normal height , she can just shrink a bit .

It’s either elastic woman ,

sheepherder girls , or baby blue porches .

PV, obviousy, you are a woman, so I am going to explain

to you why a male, like me and Dash, would like such a woman like Helen Parr.

She is hot, beautiful,

tough, independent, good looking, and smart too. Not to mention flexible. (PV: You watched Disney on Ice with the

Incredibles right? Remember the song that played durring Elastigirl’s Super Suit demonstration? Same reason. Not

to mention that she looks marvelous in her Super Suit, (Glory Days and current).

Actually, when I

said that, it was playful sarcasm, and a little suggestive.

~~=oP

PV: I

know. But hey, I love talking about this. Besides, Dash would agree with me 100%. And then he would start mashing

on me again.

PV- Just a little? :stuck_out_tongue:

Ladies, Elastigirl is a babe. Simple as that. For me it has nothing to do

with her elastic qualities.

I agree with Star swordsman- he’s done a good job of listing her attractive

qualities.

‘Glory days’ look does it for me, although she makes a very sexy wife & mother. A

‘Yummy Mummy’ as we might say in England!

lucasisking - So

that’s what “Yummy Mummy” means. Heheh – only I saw a show on tv that

goes by the same title, but I never knew what it meant until now.

I’m not a guy, so I don’t quite

understand what it is about us girls that guys find attractive (besides the obvious, of course). Although, now

that some of you explained it in more detail…I kinda get it. (snigger)

Mitch, I figured you

were a bloke! Sorry!

lizardgirl: Okay, maybe not a little, but we’re cool with it. I hope.

lucasisking:

Thank you very much. But truthfully, I was trying to name it of of the top of my head. I am a big fan of her I

must admit, and naming all of those qualities is really nothing at all.

Fascinating, and kind of surprising. The Incredibles is my favorite, hands down Pixar

film.

My whole family favors the Incredibles. Finally a movie not about pre-schoolers ( all though they

were excellant ).

But none of this should come as a surpise as I came in the door looking for info on John

Carter of Mars.

So what you think, will John Carter (perhaps ) be a Pixar film that just doesn’t work for

Pixars FANS ? I’m wondering if that’s the case. - Jeff

Jeje, no worries

]
I’ am also with yall three in, shall I say, ‘non-supporting group’ of

The Incredibles?

I also really am not much into

the things of TI. Although I did like some of the action in the film, and had one or two laughs with the some of

the scenes in the movie, still my interests have never flown to it in anyway. To me the plot did not seem very

custom as what I truly did find in Finding Nemo (*Sorry

about that TI fans*).

I see this side of the

Pixar internet world is limited to FN fans/supporters as myself and a few rest of us.
But I dont mind it at

all. For me, As long as people outside of us supporters are not bashing or flaming FN nor any of the individs

including Dory, then there will be no reason for me to bash out what this film

holds either as well for you all.

In contrast, as long as Incredibles fans here respect Find Nemo fans and

everyone else who supports the rest of the movies of Pixar, then I’am very relaxed and great with it.
From

that, we should also be together in this with everyone who has remained at Pixar

Planet since joining because we all like the same main thing that brings us to

these areas as well.

You have the right attitude, DD. I’m an

Incredibles fanatic, but it’s okay if other people don’t have the same passion for

it.

~~=oP

Same

here for me PixarVixen: Am a big

Dory person(also Expert),

and ‘Find’ Nemo fan

And as I said, we should all as a community of Pixar

Planet, be in this together, since these movies come from the main thing I know was

the main goal of why this site was created, which is the 1st word of the site’s title

Dory’s Defender - Yep

– beautifully said. My thoughts exactly. All of us have different interests, likes, and dislikes at heart, and

we should respect each other’s preferences and such.

We are a family, after all. At least…I consider

this place to be a family-oriented website.

Just as long as one does not go banging on

this movie, even if he/she is a die-hard hater of this film, then I will be happy.

And it should be since as I said already 2 times on this

thread, that everyone who has remained at Pixar Planet is all in this

together.

TSS:

I danot believe anyone

here is an actual hater of The Incredibles, nor to any other movie of Pixar.

Know that everyone here has their own sub-interests in

the other boundaries of Pixar which leads to these movies and shorts being produced by the community there. Some

people here at P.P., as you, find TI very interesting, great, etc. But for some of

the rest of us, we will find Finding Nemo and the rest of the productions of Pixar much more interesting then the

others.
And then at second resort, we all should also respect that of what we all like and love. I respect the

fact you are likely a major Incredibles supporter or fan. And since you are for example, you could tell me the

deeper part of TI. What made Director, Brad Bird engage in making a movie like this and so forth?
And I could

tell you more about what was the real reason why Dory on FN was created and thought about and the risk Director,

Andrew Stanton took in creating this individual with such vivid behavior and spirit, and a deeper insight of what

FN is all about and so

forth.

All:

Things like this, I believe would help to bring the community more closer to everyone else who has remained here

since joining, regardless of what our interests flow to. We should share our own knowledge about the things we

know from all sorts of subjects to everyone else, and not only by telling what we see on other webpages by

showing links to them around the net, but also in our own words by discussing them to each other as well in

threads here.

DD- Some nice thoughts, there. Anyway, if we all

loved just one film, then it wouldn’t be as interesting. The fact that we have been brought together by a love

of Pixar, yet have been able to discuss our own different viewpoints whilst respecting each other is exactly what

makes PP such a great board.

I’m not a hater of Incredibles- it’s just that the die-hard fans make me sick of it. They can’t stop talking

about it and how much better it is than anything else. If I did the same about a certain film, I’d get bashed

for it. It’s the endless chat about how super cool it is that makes me sick and makes me stray from ever

watching it again. But I still can’t say I hate it completely, simply because it’s Pixar.

FONY- Well, although I am not an TI fan myself, I don’t see why

you should force yourself to ‘not hate’ it because it’s a Pixar film. If Pixar released a film that I honestly

didn’t like much at all, I wouldn’t change my view just because it’s Pixar.
