I could agree, but for me Chicken Run is an outstanding work from DW, but actually DW didn’t make or produce the film, it was done by Aardman Studios, it sounds ironic to say but my favorite Dreamworks film is not from them…and I also like The Prince of Egypt, a really good film
I know DW distrubts Aardman Studio movies, but Aardman Studios, as a British person who’s proud of her nationality , are in a league of their own.

I really didn’t like this movie, even as a kid… In my opinion, there’s only 1 good Dreamworks movie they released before Kung Fu Panda, and that’s ‘The Prince of Egypt’.
I agree completely with this.
definedancing:
To be fair, they did a good job considering that they didn’t have a long time to make it. Not that I condone the cheating, and it was all a bit pathetic, but think of what they could’ve done if they actually bothered with their own story and spent more time? DW could have started off a hell of a lot better. It’s a shame, because DW obviously have some talented folk, but it’s taken Jeffery Katzenberg about 10 years to realise that releasing films similar to Disney or Pixar is just going to make him and his company look stupid.
Interesting point! Who knows what modern animation would be like today, maybe Pixar wouldn’t ‘be on top’ as we hear so much by critics.

actually they are not teaming with dreamworks anymore, Aardman will release Arthur Christmas this year by Sony Pictures
