I got book 3 on DVD.
huh? i’m assuming you met that you only watch Avatar the Last Airbender on Nicktoons?
I still don’t understand why people like to omplain about Nickelodeon. If you don’t like what they have to offer then don’t watch the channel at all.
Wait, it’s ALMOST every country except for the US. Can you beleive the coincedence?

“Oh, the irony!”
I see insipidly-shallow shows like ‘Almost Naked Animals’, predictable teen dramas like ‘Hannah Montana’, and try-hard teen reality dramas like ‘Total Drama Island’ and I feel like curling into the foetal position. Then I see witty all-ages sitcoms like ‘The Regular Show’, grand adventure sagas like ‘Avatar: The Last Airbender’, or feel-good shows like ‘My Little Ponies: Friendship is Magic’, and suddenly, the future of children’s shows don’t seem so bleak after all.

Who says I watch it?
I didn’t say that anybody on here watches it. All I just said was that people don’t have to watch the channel if they don’t like it instead of complaining about it.

Yeah, then there wouldn’t be much to discuss, would there? What fun would it be if everyone here agreed on a subject, the conversation would be dull and die.
I agree. I just wonder why people still watch it if they don’t like it at all. Guess people like to rant on this subject now a days.

I guess so. I like to watch shows that I’ve never seen, and then stop watching them if I don’t like them.
Saw some promos for shows on CN when I was watching Roger Rabbit over the weekend. Wanted to share my thoughts on the shows I saw promos for.
MAD: I think this could be a really funny show. It sorta reminds me of Robot Chicken where they do alot of pop culture parodies. I remember seeing one in a clip which had Mater but I don’t remember.
The Adventure Show: Didn’t look too bad. Not much to say about this show.
Looney Tunes: This looked like a disaster. The animation looks pretty bad and it didn’t look too promising. Probably going to avoid this show.
Overall, I kind of think CN is getting better with their programming. It looks better then Nick and Disney channel. I might have to give this channel a shot one day.

I liked that they showed Roger Rabbit this weekend, that movie is awesome on so many levels.
You’re right, the commerical had a spoof of Mater in it. Personally, I don’t like MAD.
And your opinions on The Looney Tunes Show were my first opinions as well. However, that changed after I actually watched it. The show is well written, funny, and is interestingly artistic in some ways. I hope you give it a chance!
I heard Roger Rabbit may get a sequel.
Yeah, they’ve been talking about a sequel for quite some time now. It would be neat to see a crossover with characters from Pixar, DW’s, and Blue Sky.
I haven’t given The Looney Tunes show a chance but I probably will sometime soon though. Did see a couple episodes of MAD on Youtube recently. Not as good as I thought but it’s still pretty decent.
I read that with Looney Tunes revivals having a hard act to follow because of the original short, they intenionally went with a new direction for the Looney Tunes show. That sounds nice.

I hope that doesn’t happen! I love the feel of the 1940s era, it’s part of what makes Roger Rabbit a great movie.
I’m not sure about it though. It does make sense why you don’t want it since Roger Rabbit was based on a book from the 40’s or 50’s. Maybe they can bring back some classic characters we saw in the first film. How awesome would it be if they were to make the characters look retro?
What if the sequal was about 2D characters getting replaced by CGI charcters. It takes place about 65 years later. Roiger Rabbit also get’s replaced by a CGI version of himself and is out of the job. Then he and all the 2D characters plan a war against the CGI characters.
That could work since most animated show/films we see now a days happen to be in CGI. It would be a pretty nice hybrid between hand drawn animation and computer animation.
What if the Roger Rabbit sequel would help the Disney Animated Canon become extremely popular again? Like the original did.
