Did anyone notice how in ts3 after the green aliens were like taken by the giant truck the toys totally forgot about them like they were un important for 1 sec woody yelled no!Then everyone just forgot i guess mayb they were to busy fighting for there own lives but i would atleast think one of them would care or mention it.They are lucky those lil guys worship the claw or they woulda been melted plastic.I guess the aliens arent really a major part of the family to them if it woulda been jessie sweeped up by that machine they woulda chased after her and been worrying about it the whole time.
Well, I’m sure they cared and were very upset. They were just more concerned with protecting the surviving toys, presuming they thought the aliens were dead.
but what im getting at is dont you think if it woulda been jessie who got taken they would off had more of a reaction in the long run you understand what i mean i understand trying to protect the surviving toys tho its reasonable
That makes sense. But then the whole “The Claw!” thing never would have been carried out. 
yeah your right on that one all in all i think after what happend the toys are most likely have more respect for the lgm and value u them well atleast i hope they do if it were not for the lgm they’d all be melted and torched we know mr.p does after saying he is eternally greatful about time he says it they have been saying it for about 10 years to him haha 
From a filmmakers standpoint, they want you to forget about the aliens as quickly as possible so that when they save the day it comes as a bigger surprise and has more impact.
And its not like the toys had much time to mourn, they were immediately swept up into their own string of near-death experiences, and never really had a chance to stop.
yeah when u put it like that makes alot more sense trying to make the audience forget so they would be shocked when they come back in and save the day did anyone also notice u dont reall see alot of bullseye in ts3 he has mayb 3 to 4 moments and they arent really that big toy story 3 didnt really fit all the characters in as much as i wanted i also feel like slinky wasnt seen enough either
I think they did a fine job fitting in all the characters. Bullseye doesn’t have many memorable scenes because he is not that important to the plot, there’s only so much a character can do when they don’t talk. And I think Slink had plenty of screen time, even though he wasn’t quite as crucial as in the first film.
I think that’s because in 2&3, Buzz took Slink’s old role. As Woody’s right hand man, I mean.
yeah i sometimes have to remind myself the movies are not shaped by the way i like the characters and as u guys can prolly see some of my faves are spud head the lgm slink and bullseye but all time fave is the spud
thankfully the spud got alot of screen time in ts3 he was a real screen hogger didnt bother me tho

This is close to how I self-justify them not including Zurg. He might be a personal favorite of mine, but he really would not have added to the story much, except for some unneeded dialogue on how he ended up with Andy’s toys.
Well atleast Zurg got some screen time at the end.Guess they did this to satisfy and Zurg lovers needs was not much but was something.
I had already had the ending spoiled for me, but didn’t know about the credits. I literally almost jumped out of my seat when he came out of that box. Those five seconds were some of the best in the entire film for me the first time I saw it.

Anyway, the LGM’s really aren’t very important. The toys love them, but they are mainly comedic relief and a way to save the other toys.
Yeah im more of a math wiz and i love reading english literature thats why it baffles me that i cant write And yeah the lgm really arent that important.Just something funny to save the day i guess they got there credit after hearing there adoptive father say you saved my life and i am eternally greatful…
