Aspirations

Hahaha! Poor frog! Yeah, we had mealworms in first grade. We each had our own container to keep on our desk with three of them in it. We named them and everything. Then they turned into beetles and half of them escaped into our desks. :open_mouth: Pretty gross but I remember liking having them as a kid. That was with one of my favourite teachers too. I used to dream about being a teacher but I’ve changed my mind on that too. :stuck_out_tongue:

I remmeber having pet mealworms in class! Nasty.

No way! Mealworms are common class pets? Hahaha MissCarrera that actually sounds horrible. I can picture all the little kids squealing at the beetles  Mealworms. I’ll never get over my fear of them.

And to add to my aspirations, I’d also like a house that doesn’t get stinkbugs in it. Keep them away from me

Yeah, they’re pretty common because they’re cheap, and if they die kids don’t care as much as say if a a cute hamster died.

And what’s a stinkbug?

LOL! You had them too? Yeah, it was quite weird. If by a stink bug you mean one of these bugs : webanswers.com/post-images/5 … A38673.jpg then yeah, me too. Those things are disgusting, I hate them so much. :shake:

Nope, but yeah I’ve seen those too! Yuck!
This, my friends, is a stink bug:

They are evil. Ughhh

Gross! I hope my future house never ever has any bug or rodent problems. I highly doubt that is possible though no matter where you live. 8D

I don’t want any problems like that at all with my future house! Randomly, I want a fixer-upper, and I want my husband to be really handy and be able to do all kinds of fixing-up-the-house stuff. Just a thought  If he’s not handy, it won’t matter, but it’d be nice

Hahaha, I know what you mean. I think it’s common quality that women would like their man to have. I’m personally more of an independent person so I would have no problem if my husband wasn’t the perfect handy man. I wouldn’t mind trying to fix a few things myself or we could figure it out together. And if all else fails, we hire someone. :stuck_out_tongue:

I plan on going into interior designing, and I have a handy mom, so I’ll probably end up learning some of that stuff in the future.

That’s a cool career to go into to! I bet your room is better looking than mine if you have a flare for design.

Hahaha, not yet. Right now they’re the same walls I had when I 6, back when I had bad taste. 8D But soon we’re going to redo it soon, it’s going to be really cool.

Hahaha! Oh, I see! Mine’s purple…and very messy. I’m looking forward to decorating my future home with my own taste instead of the taste of my parents. o_0

^ That’s better than mine. Mine’s a very ugly shade of pink, with blue and white paw prints on it, because of my love of dogs. But now I’m sick of it. I’m hoping to get it painted either blue, purple, or green.
Which reminds me, that is another aspiration: Get rid of my pink walls! :stuck_out_tongue:

Mine used to be a baby pink as well! It was sooo childish. Good luck painting it whatever colour you choose.

Thanks! My mom isn’t letting me have a sleepover for my birthday this year, so she’s thinking of doing that instead.

Ew, I hate insects, that picture creeps me out!

My room has two colours. Two walls are a lime green, and two walls are electric blue.

That stinkbug makes me think of the one I found on my bed once. When I tried to put it outside, it got onto the stove somehow and it flipped onto it’s back and I took a video of it flopping around all over the stove trying to get back on it’s feet. It’s pretty funny.

You know what? You having that colour of walls doesn’t surprise me at all, I can easily imagine that, it’s totally you. Sounds extremely cool by the way. :sunglasses:

skunklover: One in your bed, lame! And hey, I feel like I’ haven’t seen you in a long while!

MissCarrera: Really? You think so? And thanks, I like it.
