You know, some of the Dreamworks Animation features were pretty cheesy in their trailers as well (coughIceAgecough), but their storylines ended up as pretty good. So, who knows, maybe this is the same thing happening. The trailers tell different stories.

Yeah, I’ll admit that the trailer was a bit off the professional level, but I feel it is just for a comical effect.

I don’t own chihuahuas (I’m terrified of dogs, FYI), but I’m quite a fan of musicals (HSM is another underappreciated film around this board), so this might seem more appealing to me than to the others. Even so, it means that it has a certain amount of entertainment value, capable of entertaining some, even if not all.

I was merely stating my views about how it still contains entertainment value, but after that, you went on to post…

I tried to stop the fight by getting back on topic, but it didn’t do much. Still, I’m glad you guys resolved that.

Back-on-topic: Beverly Hills Chihuahua doesn’t appeal to me, even after I’ve heard the plot. I feel like some of it is really familiar and used in other movies. Even though I like dogs, I don’t really like the chihuahua character Papi.

it looks promising but also very cheesy…they should have done a better trailer then what they did…then i might have liked it more.
